ABSOLUTE SCAM

I ordered some tablets online with them. They sent me tracking from CHINA which could not be tracked and have never arrived.
They do not answer emails and I have had to resort to my bank for a refund.

Be well warned. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered a product in February.I have not received it .They gave me a shipping tracker ..no use lI have been scammed

I'm still waiting for my item 40 days ago.
Haven't received the item and any answer for my emails.

I wish I had read reviews before purchase.
Product I purchased and paid for fast delivery was quoted as 5-12 days and order number on receipt.
Haven’t received anything yet and have spent last 2 days sending emails but not received anything yet and response.
Not sure what to do next?

Update on review finally got delivery after 17 days and left at door. Would I purchase again definitely not and still did not receive notice of deliver or response to my emails.

I bought few times from this store and had no issues. Delivery was fast, good prices. Support helped me and the product was flawlessly so I am a repeated customer.

Wrong plugs sent. I sent an email asking for refund or exchange weeks ago .No reply at all .

Purchased their Sleep Pulse. It is trash. Nothing works and they will not respond to their email contact.
This is a completely scam group.
Keep away from them

Order 17512 was made on 9th September 2025. Didn't received any delivery yet and no response on there webpages.
Will request my banker today to reverse my payment asap.
Stay away from these scammers!!!!!!

Only 1 star as I can’t give zero
I purchased their so called Roamifi. I received a WiFi extender. When I complained by email I was told to send them a picture of what I had received. They replied saying that they would refund minus the postage. I’m still waiting. Other people have had exactly the same. This company are just SCAM MERCHANTS!

Sent the wrong order you do not get a reply from them very bad please do not order from them you will not get refund no replies

i recived completly the wrong product and they wont reply to my mail asking them to send the product i paid for .or a return slip and full refund they advertise a 5 star trust pilot rating but that must be fraud advertising

The item I ordered was slow in being delivered, it was not stated that it would be coming from China. When it eventually got delivered it was not what was ordered. They do not respond to emails, therefore you cannot get your money refunded as stated on their website. AVOID

I ordered - 5G Wireless internet unit,
I waited weeks for it to arrive,
I opened the package to my surprise it was a 4G. Dongle. I paid good money for that unit,
And they sent me a cheap one, ( So ) I have emailed them 4 times, but they haven’t replied back to me, it’s well over a month now, and still not got a reply, I feel let down with this company, just to let you all know -Please don’t use them. I wouldn’t. Give them a one star, because it would not let you write the review

Disgusting disgraceful is all i can say they send out wrong products that you order there customer service is slow and dreadful . Sent them numerous emails with no response . Worst company so far I've ever had to deal with . Asked for refunds with no response . Wouldn't use them again .

This company is supposed to be registered in London, but the address given does not exist and as for the post code it’s Buckingham Palace. No wonder I’m not getting any response by email.

Absolute disastrous company. Delivery was appallingly long and then they delivered the incorrect item. I have emailed this company 3 times to ask for a refund, or to replace the incorrect item with the correct one. They say that their customer service is 24/7....really? Still waiting for a response from them 2 months later! Don't touch them with a barge pole.
