I was thinking of buying one of these a/c units but reading reviews on trustpilot I’ve changed my mind. Also just seen the instacool advert under a different name, Jiuberry. Exactly the same advert, device and wording but also called Jiuberry! That alone makes me suspicious! 🤨 I would suspect that this a/c unit probably has many different names so Buyer Beware!

What a rip off,
Wish I returned this insta whatever for my money back
This product is a total fraud and a waste of money, for the following reasons:
1. Its output is no cooler than the temperature offered by a normal similar-size fan. The claim that it will cool a whole room is absolute nonsense.
2. It is stupidly badly made: for example, the louvres on the front are cheap weak plastic, constantly detach, and won’t go back into their slots…
3. …and when you attempt to do that the locating pins, which are incredibly weak, break off.
4. The water tank is not properly sealed, so water slops out if you have to move the device – which of course sometimes you have to do.
5. Putting ice cubes into the tank, as recommended, doesn’t make it any cooler.
In short, badly made and ineffective, this product is garbage from start to finish.
