Rebecca is so nice, i've bought from Rebecca three times, and i just bought a frost dragon but it has been 3 or 4 days now and i still have not received it, i trust her though, and she has a lot of orders and kids, so if my frost dragon could be delivered any time soon my order number is 26505

Rebecca is extremely nice and respectful. Orders can take up to a couple of days since she has a busy life outside of Adopt Me. I ordered more than one pet, and received everything I ordered.

She is 110% trustworthy. I would recommend this website to anyone who wants a dream pet or even anyone who wants any pet that they don't already have. This is a really awesome experience. Thank you Rebecca!

I have been getting pets from Rebecca for a few months now. She has never disappointed. Some pets I can get very soon. One thing is for sure is I always get every pet I have bought. Just remember to be patient!!

Does the shadow dragon work I’m just asking because a lot of people are saying that the shadow dragon didn’t work please respond.

I made a VERY EXPENSIVE purchase a week ago which included a mega bat dragon, a neon shadow dragon, and a neon frost dragon. I received an email on the day that I made the purchase telling me that my order would be worked on the next day. I never heard back from anyone even after sending multiple messages from the website(every time it said their live chat was down) and sending emails straight from my email. I FINALLY got ahold of someone today on the website because the live chat was working again. She told me she tried emailing me but it kept bouncing back but my email was typed in correctly(and not to mention the bunch of other emails I sent from my email asking for some reassurance that I would receive my pets) so I know that could not have been the issue since I had received the one email from them after the purchase. I gave my order number and was told to wait while she looked it up and had a meeting with her team. After about 15 minutes I get a message saying they cannot get me the pets I ordered because they do not have them, and she instantly canceled my order and refunded me. Two of the pets are still up for sale on the website which is the neon shadow dragon and neon frost dragon but I was told they don’t have them. I spent a week stressing out over this purchase because I eventually thought I got scammed since I wasn’t getting any responses from anyone about my order status. I got no explanation on why I was able to buy these pets if they were not in stock. Just a “We cannot get them.” So now I have an absolutely devastated child on my hands and a week of stressing out with nothing to gain. I will not be purchasing from this website again. I have never had such a bad experience with purchasing pets before I purchased from this website.

That’s very funny that I’m being called a scammer and a thief. And the email that you emailed to after my purchase to say thank you and you would get to the order the next day and I replied back saying thank you is fake? But wait, you said you couldn’t send emails to it because it’s not real. So which one is it? I made the purchase through MY Paypal account and did not use a credit card to pay you. I set the payment plans up with them with MY credit card information. You received no credit card information from me because it was a pay as you go payment plan through Paypal. So how can you possibly tell me I used a stolen credit card if my order had no credit card information on it at all for you to see? I also have MY confirmation email from my Paypal account showing my order and the payment plan I set up with them. But thanks for showing me what kind of person you truly are. This actually makes me laugh. Oh, and if you decide you want screenshots of my payment that I set up with my Paypal showing that it’s my credit card on file and everything was legit, I will be more than happy to send that over to you. I’ll even go as far as sending you a photo of my credit card I have on file with my Paypal account that is in my name that I used if that will put your mind at ease. Whatever system you guys use to check this stuff needs to be changed because I’m sure it has cost you A LOT of money. So feel free to let me know if you want the proof HUN.

I just got off the phone with Paypal customer service. No money was ever withheld by them. And they absolutely do not email clients about a buyer to tell them that a fraudulent credit card was used. I also confirmed that they approved my order (seeing as everything was legit) and nothing was held back from you. You had no access to any of my credit card information (not even the last 4 digits) since it went through them. It’s funny that even the lady from Paypal couldn’t believe what they were accused of since they send NO SUCH EMAILS BECAUSE IT IS AGAINST THEIR PRIVACY POLICY. Anyway, feel free to contact Paypal so you can learn a little more about how they deal with things. Customer service told me to give you their number.

Update: order was finally refunded. I also received an email from trustpilot asking me to verify my purchase because the owner of the site said I was a "scammer" and did not legit order anything. After sending the correct documentations to TrustPilot I am now a verified customer who never received their order because apparently the way it works is they trade with people in China (Rebecca's words) to trade for your pet. Makes no sense but whatever. The pet that you order....there's no gaurantee that they even have it. Now the banner says you can get your pet in 1 day lol I couldn't even get a polar bear and turtle in 3 weeks. Good luck everyone!

Ordered 2 pets on Aug 22 and 3 weeks later still waiting for the pets. At first communication was good but now there is no communication. Tried the chat twice and it says I will hear via email. On the home page it says 4 days but it's been 3 weeks. I have asked for a refund and still have not heard back from anyone.

Never once did you mention anything about it being hard to get pets!!! If you don't have them then you should not be advertising them! You said you issued a refund but my order says still processing and then you asked me of I wanted a refund? I just read the latest review and I'm wondering if your taking the money amd then trying to find the pets? You say you're not a scam but you are NEVER online. I'm really disappointed that I trusted this site! I have emailed you multiple times and requested chats and no response yet you respond within mins to a bad review!

communication was good! but purchasing wasn't that easy. not going to lie, Rebecca is amazing! but my money was refunded because I didn't write my real name and my full personal details. I still didn't receive a refund till now, Rebecca told me that she already refunded but I didn't receive it. she told me to rebuy, but I have a budget and I can't rebuy if my money isn't refunded yet. I understand that she's a mom and can't do everything at once, but I really want to get my money back asap, thank you so much. x

The website had a notice at the top saying items would be delivered in 4 days due to it being a busy time. I understand that but it has now been 10 days. Communication is a little difficult as I do get a polite reply saying delivery will be today or tomorrow, but I have had three of those and still nothing. I would like delivery or a refund please. Purchasing was easy. I saw the banner at the top, but it has been longer than 4 days and no communication after attempting to use the chat per the banner’s instructions.

UPDATE: 9/21-I got an email 9/16 saying to give her 25 minutes. Nothing. The next day I asked for an update and was told on Sunday I was in a queue. I reminded her she told me 25 minutes on Friday and no response. 9/21-I asked for a refund if that’s easier to handle. We are now at over a month since my purchase.

UPDATE: Got an email a 5 days ago from Rebecca saying she would check for my order. Still nothing.

UPDATE: It is now 3 weeks and nothing. I will request a refund. Hopefully, it happens faster.

UPDATE: Finally got out purchase a few days ago with bonuses. I appreciate the maturity and friendliness of the owner. However, I would not recommend nor would I be likely to use this site again.

Honestly amazing 3rd time buying from Rebecca, and she’s quite amazing. I got my pet after 2 days, she gave me bonuses. I love her company!

This site can be trusted but expect delays and a lack of communication about delays. It is not instantaneous, you cannot buy a pet and then have it, you have to wait. Also I think you can expect longer delays if you are in a different time zone from the UK. We are 12 hours ahead and this seemed to impact being able to access the pet as well. My child was so very excited to be able to interact with Rebecca online and not only received her pet but was also given others which was unexpected. It has made my daughter's day. Thank you Rebecca.
