I got a tiny bit concerned after reading 5 minutes to an hour on the website, but I fixed it quickly by contacting Rebecca through the website and Facebook Messenger. I always had my order number handy and wasn't pushy, just consistent. It took two days to fill my order and I must say that I'm very satisfied. I tried using email to contact first, but that didn't work, fyi. I'm based in the US so time zone difference was a factor, as well. I put my order in very late in their working hours. I'll definitely be coming back for more and I do recommend! Thanks to the team.

Overall really happy with purchase, and Rebecca was lovely and really personable. We got pet same day, we ordered in the morning and it was late evening when we managed to complete the trade. There is a small wait sometimes for communication but I totally get this is because Rebecca is busy with lots of responsibilities and a one-man-band kind of business. Would totally recommend regardless and will definitely use in future, thank you so much!

The owner said it would be delivered in 2 hours. its been almost a day. UPDATE: I got my pets finally. She is legit but you do have to be patient and she even gave me a couple extras for the delay but overall great communication.

Rebecca is reliable and trustworthy. I know you are probably thinking to yourself right now "Can I trust this site?". The answer is Yes! I placed my order and within 2 days, I was able to get everything I paid for. It does take some time so you have to be a little patient, but you will receive your order. Rebecca even added some extra items out of courtesy, and it was really nice of her because she didn't have to. My child is happy with everything he received. 5/5
