I got a parcel sending from US to the HK warehouse for consolidation. However, my parcel has been stuck for more than a month. The staffs keep saying it’s still under custom clearance. Really want this to be solved!

first time using this service and honestly everything was smooth sailing (i do wish the delivery duration was faster but it could also be that they received the parcel later than expected)

I always get very prompt replies even late at night. That is really very good service!

Update, 4 mnths still no news. Will not recommend their service.

I have been waiting for my item shipping from USA for going on 2 months now. Customer service gives standard same reply stuck at US custom clearance. but no idea when item will be sent out. Not sure if i would recommend this service. My first time using their service due to good feedback online, but now im unsure if the feedback is legit or not.
FYI i bought kids clothes, not electronics..

Ordered something from a seller based in the US, on the Mercari site. Got my parcel securely packed after ≈3 weeks from initial order request. I also got to use a 50% discount on my product as I'm a new user on the app. Very happy with the service, and have currently ordered more items through it.

Not sure it is considered expensive or not, because it is my first time do international shipping. However customer service is really good, very prompt reply and efficient.

It is bad and slow it take more than 1 month to save the item which to me the item was defective waste if time.

What’s great is that the product I bought isn’t sold in my country. The waiting time was quite long since it came from far away, but it was worth it. The price isn’t really the issue here, as it becomes overpriced once courier fees are added, unless the item has a significant discount or promotion.

Clear instructions and timely but not overwhelming notifications about parcel delivery and arrival at warehouse.

my paddle is completely destroyed and not way to repair. It was crashed from side and both side of paddle badly indented. in order to have damage like this, it need very heavy impact or heavy item from top while the paddle side is facing top. At least 100kg of force apply on top in order to have that damaged.

my paddle is soft pack(thanks to my clever seller even mention will ship oversea and request secure and nice packing) and that is the main cause of the damaged. However, even if my seller pack with box... the paddle will not survive either, maybe just less severe. With just a box and few layers bubble wrap, it will not enough. This is because i have passed shipment with box and the box was badly deform when reach my hand. Imagine the length of the box is around 30" become 26" to 27" with 1 side crashed. Too bad, i cant share the photo here or else you wont have to imagine how it looks like. Anyway, that was lucky that everything is working because there is another hard product box that protecting all the items.

Lastly, do read clearly about the insurance cover that provide in Buy&Ship. If item damaged, only 30% of shipping fee can be claimed. Another words, the insurance only covering loss parcel and damaged items are not consider claimable but partial refund shipping fee. So, the insurance is pretty much useless because 80% are shipment damaged problem while loss item maybe 20% or lower.

Not sure why a single buy request was split into 2 separate orders with the merchant, resulting in additional shipping cost.
