Package arrived safely.
There are no hidden fees.
However, the time taken for delivery is more than 2 weeks from the time the package arrived at theoverseas warehouse.

I can purchase anything i want from my favourite store. Shipping is affordable and very efficient service .

I am extremely disappointed with the service. My item has gone missing, yet there has been little effort to assist in tracing it. Instead of investigating the issue, I was asked to check for signed delivery documents, even though there were no staff on duty to receive and sign for the delivery at the time.

This response is unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of accountability. I expect a proper investigation into the missing item and a prompt resolution to this matter.

I’ve been using buyandship for a few years now and I think the user experience has improved significantly over the years. It has become easier to declare shipments.

When an undeclared shipment arrived it now includes the shipping number which makes it easier to quickly do the declarations. I do not need to dig through my emails and find which shipment this is from.

What I appreciate most is the repacking of items into smaller box which makes the shipping cheaper for us.

And the shipment to Singapore is generally pretty fast. Thank you!

Parcels always left outside the premise, courier should always check if there is a safe location to place parcel.

Your end delivery contractor didnt fulfill the delivery obligation; I was made to walk over 300m away to fetch the parcel (a big one, containing a bicycle frame, fork & handlebar) behind a building located next to my delivery address, at around 2.30pm noon. Initially he texted me the day before but failed to deliver, and I had to text him after office hours to ask whether he was coming over, and rescheduled for the day the delivery took place.

This is the best courier service I've used so far. It's very convenient to send parcels to their warehouse, and the shipping costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend their service.

My last orders from Milan, Italy and Bangkok, Thailand were shipped and consolidated in a timely manner but the local cartage sat in the warehouse for days before delivering to my doorstep.

The delivery arrangement is considered fast and easy-tracking. So far I have using for delivery from Hongkong and Japan.
