I bought a tankard for my boyfriend for Christmas, which I then got engraved with a personal message. Even with the personalisation it arrived earlier than estimated. The item itself is of very good quality and was packaged very well, perfect!

I contacted them in regards to when my order would arrive and they got back to me almost immediately! I was told it would arrive within 2 days and it came through the post the very same day I asked!

Overall an amazing website with a huge variety of products. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered the Kings shiling tankard as a present, the little video about how its made was very good and helped me decide on that one as a gift.
Was well packaged and presented, will a very speedy dispatch and delivery.
I was really pleased with it when i opened it, its seems well made and is a very stunning looking tankard. I'm sure the person i bought it for will enjoy using it.
As this one was so nice, i'm thinking about buying a ladies tankard or goblet for myself.

Initial order was very prompt and all appeared in good order. Unfortunatley, tankard had a leak and had to be returned. The issue was resolved very quickly with no fuss whatsoever. 10 out of 10 for customer relations. Would recommend to friends.

Bought tankard as a present and had it engraved. The engraving is lovely. The tankard is nice but for some reason I expected it to be bigger. The service was great - think I recieved the tankard about 3-4 days after placing the order. Really helpful recieving updates via email as well. Would definatly recommend.
