The Tankard arrived well packaged and is of a good quality. It was very easy to order and pay and quick to arrive. I was kept informed of the order status throughout.

I had some hesitation ordering from so far away, as in the past with out of country retailers it takes forever to get your merchandise. However I was very pleased with the speed in which I got my tankard. Faster than things I have ordered here in the USA. I had my order in a little over a week.WOW! The tankard is very nice for the price, and shipping was very reasonable. I will be recommending this place to all my SCA friends.

Bought this rather last minute as my father in law finished his doctorate. Everything was bespoke - and it arrived in a day. Well worth the money, it looks great :)

I have ordered two tankards from this company and when the first one arrived it was slightly dented so I contacted them and they gave me a full refund. The second tankard I ordered was the build your own option and WOW very impressed I could not be happier, I will be a returning customer, great products great customer service never been treated better anywhere else!!

I ordered 2 tankards as a wedding gifts for some friends, i was on a timescale so ordered them recorded delivery. I received email confirmation that they had been dispatched. This was not true. Only one tankard was dispatched and it was not sent recorded delivery it was just lying on the doorstep when I got home. The tankard was also badly scratched, for a new product which was quite expensive this was unacceptable. I phoned the company to try and resolve this issue (had to wait till after the weekend as there was no one answering the phones over the weekend). This was becoming a time critical situation, I was GUARANTEED that the tankards would be dispatched the next day so with me within 2 days - this would have allowed me enough time to engrave and wrap for a friends wedding. I sent a follow up email the day they were supposed to arrive just to ensure that they would arrive. I got an email response saying it would be a further 5 days before the tankards would be dispatched. Had I not inquired about this they would not have informed me of this by which time it would have been too late for me to source something. I feel like I was deliberately lied to to ensure the sale; despite me repeatedly telling the customer service team that they were needed for a specific day. I was reassured both verbally and via email that this was the case! Which it clearly wasn't and the fact that they did not initiate contact with me to tell me of these changes in my mind shows a malicious intent. It would be my recommendation not to use this company as they postage which you pay for you do not receive (I was lead to believe this is a frequent mistake!), the goods are damaged if they arrive at all and the customer service is the worst I have ever come across where they willfully lie in order to make a sale.
I would NEVER use this company again.

I purchased the Best Man & Ushers Glass Tankards as small Thank you gifts for our wedding. Really pleased with the quality of the tankards & how they are presented in their own lined box. Delivery was quick & packaged well to prevent damage in transit. Would purchase from this site again.

Ordered glass tankard for my son's 30th early( as will be bringing it down with when we visit him) us just in case, as it was being inscribe with a message they stated it would take a little longer. But wow ordered it on Sunday and was delivered in a couple of days. Brilliant WELL DONE Buyatankard, if I need another one will be ordering from these guy's no mistake.

I bought a tankard for Thomas' christening the other day - continuing a family tradition that goes back for over 60 years. The latest was just as good quality as the first one.

I ordered this for a friends 40th birthday and he was absolutely made up to receive it. It was delivered really quickly and extremely well packaged. The only problem that you will have will be making your mind up which one to buy as there's so much choice!

I ordered a Tankard for my Son's 18th birthday. I explained the tight deadline and was told they would do what they could to dispatch it earlier.

I ordered the King's Shilling Tankard as a birthday gift for my husband. The price was reasonable, the delivery was quick and the personal engraved tankard is beautiful. I received my tankard very fast, it's beautiful and the engraving is great!
The only negative thing is the glass bottom looks and sounds more than plastic. But the product is still beautiful:

The service was excellent the only problem I had was that when asked which script I wanted to use for the engraving I couldn't see the script.

They were delivered quickly and exactly to specification (the added notes were followed precisely). I closely inspected them and found no flaws. They look great and I cant wait to give them to my groomsmen.

The tankard arrived quickly and was just what I'd ordered. It looked great on the website and even better in the box.
