I was looking for a 50 birthday present for my friends husband - when I ordered the tankard I was concerned whether the photo would live upto the product, is it going to arrive in time?

I emailed Buyatankard four weeks before my son's wedding and asked if they could monogram and ship eight tankards to the US in three weeks for groomsmen gifts. I really thought I was going to have to find another source. But, Buyatankard responded to my email within 24 hours, and said they could do it. I placed my order, and RECEIVED MY ORDER, in about two weeks! And, the monogrammed tankards are gorgeous!! Am now thinking about placing an order for Christmas gifts,

I brought a tankard for a retirement present and needed it at very short notice. The range of tankards on offer was impressive and found the perfect one. Engraving was easy and good quality and delivery was fast. All in all an excellent service.

Tankard came very quickly and is of really good quality, only issue is it required a slight bit of polishing around the rim and handle as some black residue had built up but this really is only a tiny complaint. Tankard looks great hanging over the bar

I first heard about you here in the USA on the Science Channel on "How Do they do it?" where there was a segment on how pewter tankards were made. As it turn out I believe it was your company that was profiled in that episode making tankards! I was impressed with the product and went on Internet to try to get a gift for my son. I was initially apprehensive because it involved an overseas credit card purchase. I was not disappointed. You guys were fast, reliable and performed excellent work. I am recommending your company to many here in the USA. It is better and less stressful and maybe even cheaper than going to a hellish shopping mall!

The tankard is fantastic and better than I would have imagined looking at the website. Also, deciding that I wanted something changed, the quick turnaround before a certain date I needed it for and the communication were both excellent. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy a tankard.

Was able to engrave a detailed logo very cleanly. Everything came as ordered. I will be using this company from now on.

I have purchased four of these now. Two have been for myself and two as gifts. The quality is first rate and the delivery is fairly quick, being that it's coming to the states from the UK. My friends are constantly questioning me about them and the ones who received them as gifts are eternally great full. All in all, this company is one that I would recommend, and do recommend to those seeking a quality metal cup that is rustic yet sophisticated.

I ordered 2 King Shilling tankards with engraving, but I forgot to choose which style of engraving I wanted - the same day I was contacted to ask which was my choice, having replied I then received a reply confirming my choice. In under a week both the tankards were delivered.

The pewter tankard that I purchased at the beginning of May was engraved and delivered within a couple of days. That is remarkable service these days!

I placed my last minute order which was easy to do! The next day I received a delivery date and although the date given was quick , I emailed 'Buyatankard' to ask if there was any chance that my order could be processed and dispatched sooner at my extra cost?
Within minutes I received an email from 'Gary' saying that he would try his best.The tankard was personalised and delivered in less than 5 days and I wasn't charged any extra. The Tankard itself was lovely and the engraving looked fab!!
