I sold a iPhone I had and it was so much easier this way for me. I am a regular seller on EBay and found this to be much easier and faster for me. Payment was fast and communication was fast if I had a question. Will use again .

I was always weary about phone buy back companies but this company made the experience smooth, efficient, and FAST! My phone was offered MORE than what ANY other phone company was willing to offer my mint condition Iphone 11 Pro Max. One company was trying to offer me ONLY $400!! Buyback Surgeon offered much more.
If i had to recommend ANYTHING it would be to offer more options of deposit. They offer a paper check which, i should've done, or they offer paypal and what a JOKE paypal is.
Due to the HIGH payout and because it's sent under a personal name instead of Buyback Surgeon, I am currently in the middle of verifying my account and transaction with them FOR THE THIRD TIME. When a rep was nice enough to approve my verifications for my account limitation i was under, IMMEDIATELY paypal requested MORE info for me to be able to transfer my money to my actual bank account. The documents they have requested i have sent in a AcTiVe chat i was in with a rep. So clearly theyre not reading their chats.

The company it self was so helpful tho. In the evening, yesterday, i contacted them in regards to the stressful situation i am in with paypal and that i needed them to validate the payment they sent me and IMMEDIATELY this morning, Sarah, a rep, contacted me, letting me know that they validated it. Now i'm just stressfully dealing with paypal as i write this.
