I am amazed with fast response received from the Buyer Biz personnel.

I had previously given this company a good report, but in subsequent dealings with them, I must say, be careful before you hire this company to sell your business. They take your money but don't do a "due diligence" or are able to give you proper advice. Once they have your money, they do nothing to earn it. Your business simply goes on a website and that's it. I had two fake email enquiries from them to make me believe that the advert is working, but it is NOT.

Very reasonable price. Polite service. Very recommended!

I can’t recommend this company enough.

I came into contact with Buyerbiz in January 2021. My business was quite a niche e-commerce business selling art and craft by UK artists and makers. It was waiting for somebody who had a true interest and passion for this and who wanted to take it to the next level after all my solid preliminary work. We worked out a great business profile and Buyerbiz used their channels to market this unusual sale. I was selling the assets of the business including the brand rather than the limited company.
I had 16 enquiries in 8 months. Out of the ones followed up, I came very close to a deal after 4 months, but buyer circumstance dictated and the sale didn’t proceed. The second serious negotiation ended in a sale after 8 months. A lump sum and a share for a specified period. I was very pleased because I shall continue in the short term to work with the new owners and we already have a great working relationship. They have new ideas and will take the brand I started to a new level.

No matter how niche you think your business is, there may well be a buyer out there that sees the potential and appreciates the brand, product or service. I would also recommend being creative with how you sell niche businesses. Negotiate on the price and have a share in exchange for a short period of free consultancy from yourself. Your first profit in these difficult times is nearly always your best profit. Keep confident but realistic in the current market.

I have used Buyerbiz to sell my business and it was so simple. The communication was excellent and Sarah was excellent all the way through. I highly recommend this company to sell a business. So much so I have told my friend who is looking to sell a business to use buyerbiz

I have been liasing with Paul and as promised the advert has gone live today. BuyerBiz have worked swiftly and in a timely manner to get the advert to go live..so far so good 😊

We agreed for 29.99 pm but last 3 month they took from my credit card account over 900 pounds they used 3 different company names buyerbiz, business sale leeds and sale leeds my bank said they all same retailer. I have been trying to contact with them never answered the phone never replied my emails totally scam. Do not trust this company now I am taking legal action against them.

Avoid this company at all costs. Buyerbiz published confidential information which should not have been shared publically (ie should only been seen by buyers once they have signed NDA).

The listing had other issues and we were given no opportunity to review before it was posted. When we requested that the listed is taken down immediately, it still took a over 24 hours before it was no longer public.

We then requested a refund (which Buyerbiz agreed to pay us) - it has been over 6 weeks and this is still not received.

Finally: terrible communication throughout the whole experience.
