Poor communication, no interest in 6 months. Had to email several times to make amendments. Was not listed on Daltons until a month after instruction despite sending emails. Had to email a day after the business should have been removed to advise that we were still showing as available, even though nearly 3 weeks notice was given.

We feel this review is on the side of harshness. We did receive notification from you 3 weeks ago to remove your business from market on 20th December. However, with this being a Sunday and we closed for the Christmas break and not open, then business was subsequently removed this morning upon being in office. You did email us, however, the removal process had already began and as line of communication with one of our consultants was very much open as. so for us to receive a 1 star is very disappointing indeed.
Had the business remained on the market for a longer period, then we would understand the review given, however we feel dis-hearted to think that we have in any way not acted upon your instruction.

I didn't expect much due to the low cost, but I have been pleasantly surprised.

If I could sum this experience up in one sentence it would be, ‘My perfect result in just over a week’. That’s how long it took the right person to get in touch. I have received genuine and very keen enquiries and was able to make an informed decision.
