SCAM...SCAM...SCAM...
I ordered January 10, 2026, and was promised to receive within 15 days. Of course they immediately took payment from my credit card. Here we are, many many months, excuses, and emails later, STILL NO PRODUCT.

I ordered a ring in Nov. 2025. No ring but a bunch of bull answers. Requested refund. No refund because order was in process in december. Never order anything else from ads on FB.

This is a scam website please do not purchase from this website you will not receive anything and they will steal your identity.

I ordered four rings from this company back on January 3 of 2026. I have still not received my rings and the tracking number that they gave me was invalid. My attempts to email them have gone unanswered. I have reported fraud to my account that I paid with. I am really tired of this. This is the third order from different companies that the exact same thing has happened.

I wish I had read these reviews sooner....

I ordered a silver bow ring on January 5th, 2025 and I have received nothing and multiple requests for shipping updates have gone unanswered.

Totally scam website. Do not order anything from this website. I ordered a bow ring Nov 28,2025 and i haven’t received anything. They gave me fake tracking details. Please be aware and don’t get scammed

I ordered a ring on Nov 24, 2025 that I have never received. I have reached out to them twice. The last person that responded apologized and said that he would look into it which I know is a bunch of you know what! These scammers know that more people are doing more online shopping than before and they are PREYING on people.

I ordered a ring on November 29, 2025. I have made multiple attempts to find out where my order is and they just kept sending me a email that the ring was on its way which of course you know I still have not received and it is January 12 of 2026. This last message that I sent to them was to refund my account. So we’ll see what happens I’m sure that won’t.

I ordered a ring November 27th 2025. It is now January the 11th 2026, and I still have no ring. They completely ignore my emails now after giving me fake tracking information. They are a scam site!

I placed an order for a ring on December 2, 2025, for $21.19.I have never received the ring but an attempt to withdraw $49.99 from the debit card I used to pay for my order was made on Jan.2,2026!I have sent emails after emails and got 1 response after that,the emails are returned as undeliverable.They have since removed their Facebook profile and there is no phone number to contact anyone.SCAM SCAM SCAM.!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! BUYETERNA ARE THIEVES WORKING TOGETHER TO ROB HARDWORKING AMERICANS!!!!

SCAM, CROOKS. Do NOT trust anything that says Eterna. They are a scam, they will charge you for a membership you never authorized and what you order, you will never receive. STAY AWAY!! I had to get my bank involved.
