BFAP always seem to have exactly what I need when no one else can get it for a couple weeks. I have not had a ton of interaction with the support team or customer service, but the experiences I've had, have been top tier.

$24 for shipping a part that weighs less than 1lb is asinine. I think you need to review your shipping policies. It still took over a week to receive so it wasn't even a faster shipping method.

These guys always help and keep their deadlines. That's why we use them often for repairs. Not sure if that is the reason we get the good service from them? When your in a pinch, ask for Hunter. He is very honest and will do what he can for you. They also seem to get our repairs done quickly.
