Why did u guys steal the donations made to my friend’s Christian content page? That was also money i donated. Your company should be sued. This is disgusting and shameful

BMAC be scammin’

BMAC sent me an ambiguous email stating that they “no longer [are] able to work with” me. I kid you not, what a complete and utter scam. I’m filling a claim with the FTC and whatever agency I possibly can, utilizing the resources at my avail from my decent sized community. They garnished $1300 dollars for literally no apparent reason. I spent a few months accumulating money without committing to a withdrawal only to find out that, once I committed to my first withdrawal, they pull this underhanded move.

You guys want to laugh? I’ll post the email they sent me here:

“ Hi Jxxxx xxxxxx,

We regret to inform you that our moderation team has suspended your account due to risk concerns. Unfortunately, this means that we will no longer be able to work with you.
As a small company with several business partners, we must comply with their terms and conditions, which require us to shut down accounts that violate their content policies, especially those involving illegal content or services. The remaining balance on your account will be refunded to your supporters within 7 days. We recommend that you contact them to find alternative means of payment.
For further clarification, we encourage you to review our Terms of service and Prohibited use cases on the platform and our payment providers Prohibited and Restricted Businesses guidelines.”

They provide no real reason for this deactivation and they betray the trust of those who’ve sent money using their platform. This experience is horrifying and honestly, seemingly fraudulent. I will be contacting and warning ALL others about this since BMAC seemingly takes forever to reply or make right their wrongs. Like online pick-pocketing; crazy work.

By the way, I apparently “violate content policy” because I am a Christian content creator. This ban can only derive from some sort of prejudice since I do not see how I or my content breaches any condition. Completely underhanded and unjustifiable.

And don’t be fooled by the responses to these reviews. Notice, the responses on the reviews are generic provide no real solution.

Reported 3 obvious scams…

I reported 3 obvious scams on their platform. BMAC did not respond or take action until I posted this review (even then, it took another week and several more emails). I found and reported more scams over a week ago (using a separate email address, as a test).. BMAC again did not respond or take action. Assume anything on BMAC is a scam until you do your own research.

Awful Support

The support is so bad. I processed almost 110,000 from BMC, but they closed my account, stopped my payout of 20,000, and refunded it to my customers. They were good customers and I got them from another site.
The real issue is that I have been requesting my processing statements for so long, but they keep ignoring my emails and delaying everything. If you close someone’s account, it means you are shutting down their business for some time. And if you don’t provide processing statements, how will other processors approve high limits?
I’m tired of requesting them. Leaving a review seems like the only way I can get a response.

It’s a great platform!

First time using this website to support a creator. It’s a great platform for this reason and although I hit a snag using my phone to make a payment, the staff (Tina) was so quick and kind in helping me work around said snag (used the laptop instead). Keep up the great customer support and creator experience.

Prompt enough response and my question was answered.

My first BMAC experience was I guess 2-3 weeks ago. I clicked on the BMAC button, and then forgot about it. I think it probably took a week or more to be debited at my bank, and looking in my memory at recent days, didn't remember having done that, and information wasn't available on my statement or from my bank. So I emailed. I didn't check my email daily, so I can't say how fast the response was, but no more than 3 to 4 days as that's when I checked and found it. The correspondence was kind and answered my question about what it was for. Everything fine.
THEN I came to these reviews (I WAS invited to leave a review) and read the 1* reviews, which I often do for anything. I do have concerns now, and am less eager to use the service, but MY experience was fine, with possible minor delays in billing. I do note that many reviews are labeled as "unprompted," and [EDIT:] AND I SEE MINE HAS BEEN LABELED AS UNPROMPTED, which is untrue, as I was asked/invited to leave a review after I emailed them, basically thanking for their kind help and clarifing that everything was resolved and I'd be sure to write down my BMAC's in the future.

Julie was Excellent

Julie was helpful, polite, concise, knew her stuff, and seemed to actually care that things worked out well for me. Her response time was also unexpectedly rapid. None of that is common in text-only customer service or tech support. Hell, it's not even common over the phone (or frankly, in person, which anyone whose worked with certain IT types can tell you). She's an asset to an, often difficult to navigate, platform and should likely be made supervisor, but then the customers would lose her, so a tidy raise is likely a better bet all around.
All glibness aside, she's a keeper.
