Prices are a bit high but it's normal, i'm literally in the opposite part of the world, but they produce really good products and the ship it's pretty faster than expected!

When my daughter was in Japan, she discovered Buy Me Japan. I have since purchased a few products and have been extremely impressed with their products. The price point is much less than some of the specialty brands that I have used. I highly recommend trying out Buy Me Japan for yourself to make your own decision.

My items had been shipped, but never delivered. After more than a month my items returned to the sender for some reason. Buy me Japan has been aware of this and mentioned refund but never paid back or explanation.

Such a support "from the beginning". Buy Me Japan forgot to describe how long customer waited and how many times attempt to contact till I get the right info? I should've researched beforehand that Buy Me Japan seems to have quite a few similar issues.

It arrived really fast, knowing it was sent from Japan to Denmark, i did however rescieve my first package first, and then i got no updates on the other package. But after contacting Buy Me Japan and getting a great and fast answer i decideed to just wait a bit more. And a few days later i get the second package. It was just delays in customs in my country that were taking their time, but i eventually got both packages, and the products are great!.

I followed Ishiy from Buy Me Japan's advice. While I'm waiting patiently, I have contacted the Poste Italiane shipping assistance service, the Poste Italiane customs service and I have sent a complaint email to Poste Italiane customer service (I shared all the details with Buy Me Japan without receiving a response to my mails). Now I know that the package arrived in Italy on 01/19/2025, it was registered at customs on 01/21/2025 and since then it has been stopped in Milan without being assigned to delivery. Poste Italiane operators did not detect any anomalies in the shipment or requests for additional documentation and told me that there are no time limits for customs clearance. Poste Italiane's response to my complaint email was to contact the sender's postal operator. I want to express my frustration. If I ever receive my package, its contents will likely be damaged or expired. Under these conditions, my opinion on Buy Me Japan remains the same. I ask to Buy Me Japan to take action to unblock the situation. Thanks

I decided to write a review for the first time because this is actually a good shop. I was a bit afraid before ordering since I rarely order from abroad, so I checked Trustpilot beforehand and swore I would also share my experience. I placed my order around the black friday sale, and got it in the beginning of january, which I was prepared for, because of christmas and also a long travel. The items were packaged well, and there were also some samples included. These items are hard or impossible to come by in Europe, so I'm happy to have found a reliable site to shop from! And I really like the quality of the makeup and skincare that I got. Definitely recommend it!
