This was my first time ordering through them and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. They have such a wide selection of Japanese goods, you are bound to find what you're looking for. Shipping didn't even take as long as it says on the website. The parcel was packed nicely, with lots of care, and I even got some freebies.
