We wouldn't expect our customers to receive faulty handsets, I understand this is frustrating so I can only apologise for the inconvenience caused. Nevertheless, this is why we have the 30-day exchange period in place.
When you return your handset to us this process will take 5-7 working days from when we scan the handset in our warehouse, 2-3 working days after receiving it from the courier.
We will try to process your exchange as quickly as possible as we do for all of our customers, so it may not take as long as 5-7 working days, however, this is our standard time frame for an exchange to be completed. The handset must be returned for the fault to be confirmed before we can send out another high-value handset.

To my surprise I was accepted for a contract phone. Didn’t want the very highest end phone so chose a refurbished phone. Upon arriving it was opened and the phone looks brand new, not a mark on it and the packaging was exceptional coming in a sealed brown box. Screen protectors and camera protector was also included.You could tell it was from a reputable company. Speakers are loud and clear and works as new as stated. Only downside was the battery percentage on the iPhone which is 83%. However I am happy with the phone which comes with a 12 month warranty. As I say the device looks and works as new. Happy with the service that was provided and I would recommend. Thank You.

Had the phone two weeks ago and until now the service has not been connected the phone is sitting around useless.
When you call them they argue with you refuse to help reduce monthly payments and give you false promises. They have caused major disruptions

Upon review of your connection with Vodafone, I can see that your order has come across an error in their system. Due to this, you are not yet connected, but I can assure you that we are working with the network to resolve this issue, however, as they are having to manually process the connections, we do not have an estimated time on when this will be resolved.
However, we can assure you that this is being looked into and worked on by the network as a matter of urgency and once we have an update a member of our team will be in touch. I can also advise that as you are not yet connected, you are not being billed for the contract, which is why we cannot reduce the monthly payments, as you are not being charged – this will begin once you are connected.

It's been almost 5 days and I haven't…
It's been almost 5 days and I haven't recieved my phone. I am now without a phone. I take care of my sister who is very unwell and I don't have a phone to make any contact. I was told there was a dpd issue but it's been over 4 days and it's not been solved. No emails or phone calls to tell me anything as was promised. I'm very disappointed. I'm paying for an O2 contract and phone I can't use.
