Phone arrived broken.
My phone arrived with a smashed back. It took two attempts to collect it because the first driver did not ring the doorbell. I had no updates from BuyMobiles. I had to keep calling them to arrange collection times and chase the re delivery. In all in took over two weeks and nine calls to I receive a working phone. They offered me £8 off my bill for those two weeks and a charger that doesn’t have the connections for my devices. Staff were lovely but was far from a great customer experience!

Good company but slow delivery
Good company, I have been using buymobile for a while now and I recently purchased a sim only deal. The annoying thing was the sim took 4-5 days to arrive and my phone number transfer from another network was completed with in 2 days and I was without a phone line for 2.5 days which was very frustrating as I missed so many important calls and updates. The sim card should be send as a next day delivery as a matter of urgency. Otherwise, the service is good.
