Sean Parker was great! The price when I placed the order was actually lower than the purchase price, Sean help did some further research on the increase of ticket price than what I purchased. He was claimed and friendly. He handle the situation professionally and gained my trust!

Lisa Hayden was very sweet and understanding about the situation. However, i did not like that the company did not disclose that the flight wouldn’t come with any hold luggage and they ended up charging extra for it.
