The customer experience I had today was good, but they would not send me the return information until I did this survey. So it’s hard for me to give a higher rating not knowing what the return and refund information is. My experience with ordering the product was very poor. There were hidden fees and they added on extra products that I did not order.

The young man was very helpful and courteous and kind

When placing an order it was very confusing and didnt let me review my order or make changes before it went through. I called immediately to cancel the order and was told I couldn't that it was already being processed. I received the nano cloth and it did not remove any scratches or scuffs from my car. I would not recommend this product.

Had trouble placing my order (kept rejecting my credit card) and became concerned that this was not a legitimate site. Despite that, the order went through. Within 7 minutes of getting the order confirmation, I reached out to have the order cancelled. I was told that 7 minutes was too late and that the order had been shipped. I then was notified by customer service that they'd look into my request to "provide the best possible outcome." Did not hear from them but instead got shipping confirmation. Then, 10 days later I got notification from their Customer Service department that it was too late to cancel the order. They could have stopped and cancelled the order within the 7 minute window with which I placed the order but instead dragged it out more than 10 days only to tell me that it was too late. It's been 15 days since this all began and I haven't received the product which they allowed to be shipped despite my request to cancel the order.

Rubbish overpriced overpromised product, does not work at all and does not do what it says in advertising. Don't waste your money, don't go near this company.

I have to wait and receive this product. It sounds great. Hope, it is true and I could order for several members of my family, too.

I ordered this product and have decided that the paint damage will require professional repair. As a result, I will be returning the product when I receive it.
The customer service representative was very understanding and she assured me that I would receive a full refund when the product is returned.
