Easy purchase and the website was easy…
Easy purchase and the website was easy to navigate. John Doogan delivered the shed on time and called me 1 hour beforehand .. nothing was to much trouble for him when he was unloading. Product is great, the generic build instructions are a bit confusing, but I managed to get it build with a combination of the online video and the paper instructions. Overall very pleased with my purchase. Thank you

Very Disappointed with Shed Quality
Very Disappointed. I ordered a 4 x 6 Shiplap Apex shed. The delivery was prompt and the delivery man was very helpful unloading in just the right spot.
However the shed itself is a very poor product. The shiplap wood is often rough and in some cases split. In many instances the shiplap tongue does not fit into the next boards groove leaving a gap along the seam. The boards have obviously been nail gunned to the batten at speed so in a number of instance it hasn't gone in properly and the nail is protruding from the batten inside the shed.
Over all very poor quality control.

Very poor
Very poor quality control. Had to fix one of the frames before assembly, some of the pieces had some damage. Not like the picture - cladding across the panels doesn't line up. Instructions for window were difficult to follow. Had to tidy up edges of panels around the door to get door to fit properly. Need to go around with some wood filler on the inside to fill the holes.

Good website, easy to navigate. Excellent communications through email and fast delivery. The shed was easy to assemble with the instructions given. It is good quality, very sturdy and strong also it looks good.

Summer house
Our summer house was delivered on time,actually a bit earlier which was fantastic,the driver was really nice and very helpful (can't remember his name) easy to follow instructions. It has taken me and my husband about 6 hours to put together which we was very happy with. I'm currently sitting inside contemplating what to furnish it with ☺️ would absolutely recommend to everyone.

I ordered a wooden shed
I ordered a wooden shed. On the delivery day,Saturday 27th June 2026, of the panels was broken. The driver Sam, took it back and assured me that he will reported and asked for a replacement. None of this happened. Fortunately I called on Monday,29th to verify. They couldn't find any report or order on this matter. I was very disappointed.
They ordered new one over the phone. On Wednesday 1rst, I called again, and send an email , I didn't receive any response and not being contacted on when the delivery will take place. It's Saturday 4th July and nothing. Very very disappointed and frustrated because people were supposed to come on Sunday 27th to install the shed, i cancelled and don't know when they going to be available again. Very bad experience for first time buyer, i will not recommend you to friends and family. 😡
