I wish your system had an immediate…

I wish your system had an immediate confirmation of our order. I didn't get one on my email, so I had to write to your chat and NOW I have my confirmation. Also wish the confirmation would say how long the delivery will take.

Quick response to my inquiry

I reached out to the company to ask about my order; as it seemed to be taking a long time to receive. They got back to me promptly and said they would look into it. Then oi did receive the order shortly after.

The ordering process was confusing

The ordering process was confusing. I unintentionally ordered more than I wanted. I called customer service the next day and requested that part of my order be cancelled. I was told it would be and a refund would be issued for that part of the order. However, when I rec'd my order, it was a full order and not cancelled as I was told it would be. I will return the items you sent, but will not pay for the return cost. I called again, we'll see what happens now....

The extra offers made things confusing

The extra offers made things confusing. I ended up ordering 3 anti-snoring mouth pieces instead one. Which is fine considering there is a 60 day money back guarantee. I am hopeful it works well and then I'll have extras.

This is by far the best custom service…

This is by far the best customer service I have had in a long time! My husband did something wrong in the set up process for the mouthpiece causing it to not work correctly. I wrote in and within 24 hours they had a new one on the way. The customer service was professional, prompt, and compassionate! Something you don’t get that often anymore. I’m extremely happy with the service I received from this company!

The ordering process is easy enough, for me personally...kinda get annoyed with offer after offer before I can complete my order. Right now I want to try this...not sure I will like it or keep using it so do not want to order extras. If I use it and it works and is comfortable enough then I would be interested in better deal or get more at a better price.

I purchased 1 mouth guard and that was deleted and your program inserted 3 units. I will be sending all purchases back to your company.
