Too many pop-ups, price differential for 3 mouth pieces was too high.

I received email on 2/25/26 that my order has shipped. It’s now 17 days later and still nothing received. The tracking method to check on is the worse I’ve ever experienced. I was looking forward to trying out your product but I’m so disappointed in your customer service. Unfortunately, despite how good your product works, I can’t bring myself to order again or recommend to anyone.

Overall good experience, but too many "bag filler" questions before simply placing the order. If I wanted the other items, I would have ordered them.

Now I will wait for them to arrive to see how they work!

In such a year of 2026 (21st Century), being unable to ship to Turkey is quite amateur service. Completely disappointing and scandal!

It's not clear on the website why I would need more than one set. How long will one set lasts if I wear every night.
Also, no mention of PFAs. I'm assuming that's not an issue re: the material used?

The add on sales pitch is terrible. Designed to get you to accidentally hit the approve link—so obvious. stop doing it. Otherwise, a good experience.

I incorrectly ordered 2 items that I did not want I emailed them immediately of my error and was told the items had already been packed and dispatched which then took 4 weeks to arrive. I was told I had 30 days to return items, When they arrived I requested a return and refund Immediatley and they said due to hygiene & Safety issues They were unable to accept the returns. Do not buy from this company

Do not be fooled by the "Money Back Guarantee" banner. It is a trap. I bought this because of that promise, but the fine print makes it impossible to use. The product I received is defective (it doesn't hold position and reverts the bite immediately), but here is the scam: Customer service refuses refunds on "opened" hygiene items. Think about that logic: You cannot know if it works unless you put it in your mouth. But the second you put it in your mouth, you void the warranty. It is a Catch-22 designed to steal your money. You are buying a non-refundable piece of plastic that does not work. Avoid at all costs.

Scammed. Charged me more money, agreed to cancel the order and then didn't. Not a trustworthy company.

This company claim a 30 day money back guarantee but they gave me no refund even though the product was unopened and unused . I would not recommend this company
