Exactly as exoected, came on time, Very good.

I purchased a Motorhead for my Dyson V6 and received the wrong part. I filed the return online. November 17th I received an email with my return number and what was supposed to be a return label attached. There was no label. After numerous emails and calls I have not heard back. What do you have to do to get a response? I filed my return in time and now I fear they will not refund me for my purchase. Horrible customer service. Cheapest is not always better.

Never received my order, DPD/SEUR tracking says it can't be delivered without any other options available for reschedule or even a contact point. Poorest delivery experience. I hope someone from BuySpares actually gets in touch with me reading this to resolve the issue.

Ordered buttons for my washing machine on the 9th of November. Now the 16th and still not received. No satisfactory response from customer services keep being told to wait until the 20th to contact them again. Quick to take the money from my bank. OH84192012 is the order number.

I nevet got my parts delivered, and the support from BuySpares was not present.
Now I am trying the get my money refunded.
Not recommendable.

Ordered 2 parts, paid then found 1 part out of stock. Ordered a part 2/7 and to date 17/7, not arrived. Will not resend, you have to reorder. Already paid once. Not good service really, my customers are not happy.

Product good ,delivery absolute rubbish.
We had to track down the courier, and travel 20kms.plus to their depot
to collect our order.

Placed an order for 7 day delivery, paid and surprise ,no delivery. No updates , no communication...
Passed 3 bloody weeks ......and still nothing !
I regret that I did not look at the reviews before I started ordering.

Be warned,this is the same company as partmaster and what a shambles they are!!

Got onto them and they made up some cock n bull story about a warehouse problem and it would be with me the next day and hey no no delivery yet again.
Back onto live help and told another pack of lies about the item being faulty and as it was now the weekend I had to contact them on Monday,unbelievable!
So order cancelled and now obtained elsewhere and also cheaper.
Avoid this lot like the plague,I guess I’ll get a copied and pasted reply from them saying how feedback helps them improve but I’m not interested.They have now also tried to delete my review saying it isn’t relevant to potential customers when it’s more than relevant as it points out all the problems I endured.

Very satisfied with the product and service provided by BuySpares.es.

Product description was accurate to the product received. I would recommend to validate product’s model and compatibility before purchase.

Delivery service was quick (less than 1 week) and I was able to follow-up the status of the delivery.

I would recommend buying in BuySpares.

After receiving the incorrect part, i paid to return, a month ago! Called twice, both times on the phone waiting for 40 mins, promised refund once proof of postage sent, did that 7 days ago, called again, promised refund again, along with a call back. still waiting, they do not do anything they say they will do! Not sure how they still selling to be honest.

I bought this without checking other seller prices because buyspares is my ‘ go to ‘ shop for spares. I now see that I can get the same part from other sellers for considerably less. Indesit: £21.20 ; Amazon : £18.71. Both prices include delivery. I intend to return this product for a full refund unless you can refund the difference of what I paid you £30.09-18.71= £11.38. If you are not willing to match this price ( as espares does) , you will lose a loyal customer forever.

They sold me some products with VAT and in Canary Islands we don't have VAT, we have anothrr taxes, but they didn't ear me and I had to pay more expensive the products and I shouldn't
