Instruction video on the website was of a different model.

You can improve your service by ensuring that the price you quote is the price the client pays. In both cases where I have purchased through your company, I have had to pay, in addition to the amount paid to you, TVA + La Poste handling charges. You have offered to reimburse but that does not help me since I am unable to upload the La Poste invoices and my RIB. Indeed why should I have to do this? I have no complaints as to the quality of the two articles I bought - they were exactly what I needed.

Disappointed that the taxes and fees were in addition to the price quoted. Surely you are not paying U.K VAT on exports?

Simple et efficace.

I was not expecting this to come from hte UK with a 9 euro tax charge as I bought it from a French site and delivery to a French address. Very poor.

Postman did not give a receipt so I can't forward it for a refund. We just scraped the change together as we don't a french chequing account.

They might call themselves Buysparesfrance but they are UK based and you will end up paying French Duty when you parts arrive! I fell into this trap and I am still waiting for them to refund me! Even though you use the Buysparesfrance site your payment is still processed by BuySpares.co.uk!!

In reply to their reply. They are a complete shambles, they don't respond to requests, when you reply to them they open a new process by a different person and they do not bother reading the whole story. I never received the item because when I was told that there was duty to pay I refused to accept the parcel and told La Poste to return it. Buysparesfrance have still not refunded me and I can't speak with anyone because they refuse to give a phone number!

I see I'm not the only customer to suffer this but having ordered two items I was informed that my order was despatched, then received an email telling me there were additional payments of 12€ customs! This was followed by another email to say half my order was not in stock and would be some time mater! I complained and was told that if I returned my order they would refund me. Then the part order arrived but I had to collect it from the post office and was charged the additional 12€. I decided that the amount of effort required to return the item was more trouble than it was worth and just paid the extra. I see here that on producing a copy of the customs payment receipt they would give a refund so I shall try that.

Quick service and delivery but when buying a part from a French company (.fr) I was surprised to have to pay more money for customs taxes in order receive the goods.
When buying from outside of the EU I understand this, but from a .fr site you should tell people that there will be further charges than the item and postage.

Hello Buyspares, we just returned from a three days trip to Normandy seaside and received well your parcel with a bottle balconet for our fridge, but Great Deception:
Balconet was wrapped into a plastic sheet labelled PO4-F30 packed 01/06/23.
Order code 5045381454870 SAMDA97 156 89A
Door Shelf- Dairy Guard.
Previous balconet was 47 cm wide , the new one is 50 cm wide . Narrow, it is able to hold only
4 one liter milk package instead of 7.

It does not fit into the Refrigerator Model -RB29FSJNDWW. see pictures attached:
The same day , Byspares France asked us if they deserve a Five Stars satisfaction label ?

What should we do ?
On your invoice, (62.54 E. ) you mention: " No returns are accepted back without prior authorisation. It is still "AS NEW " conditions and we take care of it as a young born baby.
We are ready to send it back to you.

We would be fully satisfied to receive the RIGHT bottle balconet .

Very easy to order and quick delivery. Most of all no customs charges being sent to France! I will certainly be using again.

No communication unless I initiated it - I ordered a dyson hose (not made by dyson) & dyson battery - a hose arrived I was able to fit it using the addition of some gorilla glue & the battery was out of stock but that was admitted to weeks after the order & money taken from my account. The money has now been returned but wouldn't have been if I hadn't sent several email requests - very disappointing in this day & age!

Perfect online service. Part identified on a Friday afternoon, ordered and it arrived on Monday. Delighted with such an efficient service!

I ordered a part for a washing machine on Sunday which was in stock and should have been delivered on Tuesday. I paid extra for fast delivery. Today (Wednesday) I got a message from the delivery company to say it won’t be delivered before Thursday!! There is no way to contact BuySpares to complain!

Product arrived in 3days very quick good quality product will be using them again.

No bad surprise. I received a really well working spare part. My cooker is now repaired with an origin part. No More Noise.
