I did not get the spare i ordered
I did not get the spare i ordered, even after 8 days. After calling the support, they mentioned that i have to wait for another 21 days to take any action. In 2018, if you have to wait for a month to get a spare that comes from Britian to France, then it is unacceptable.

Unfortunately, my order at BuySpares didn't comply with the requirements.
So, I followed the 'return procedure' as mentioned at the website. I got a automatic response mail explaining that my return process will be handled within 24 hours.
However, 24hours later I still didn't get a follow-up, So I reintroduced the return procedure. Again I got a automatic response mail that within 24 hours my return demand will be handled.
Again, No answer after 24 hours. So I send several emails.... but still no answer. I started the return procedure 5 (five!) days ago and...still no answer!!!
What do I have to do to return my order and to get my money back!!
Or is BuySpares waiting for me to quit trying to return???!!!
