My package arrived damp and reeking of…

My package arrived damp and reeking of chemicals and fragrances, it got all over my hands and stunk up my house. So much for a “chemical free” organic brand. I asked for a refund because I will not be using the product and they have been going in circles with me for 2 weeks now, not wanting to give me a full refund. They told me it’s a “light lavender scent” added to it on purpose…I’ve used organic lavender essential oils for years, this smelled like cheap cologne you’d buy at the mall. Their refund policy at the time of my purchase even said 100% refund if not satisfied and I have screenshots to prove it. Scammers.

Tavio castor oil has a light fresh…

Tavio castor oil has a light fresh scent and is easy to use, not sticky. The pads that come in the kits are an easy way to apply the healing oil. Delivery was a little slow , maybe holidays, but all arrived well organized. Customer service has a quick response.

Don't buy from Tavio unless you like dealing with companies that SCAM you!

Don't buy from Tavio! This is ridiculous! They claim to be a company that makes AND ships their product from the USA and yet the tracking information indicates that the product was shipped from China! What a scam! So how can I even trust that the Castor Oil is actually what they claim it to be in their advertisement?

I purchased the bundle and some additional products in mid-February and it took until April to get to me. And now I have received an email saying they are going to charge my account on April 10th for the next shipment of my "Subscription"... I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION!!! I have emailed them with proof of the email and proof of the cancellation of the subscription that I never asked for. Waiting to see if they even respond!

Ugh! So irritated right now! Learn from my stupidity and don't buy from Tavio!

SCAM! TOTAL SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

I placed an order on or about February 9, 2026. After requesting an update on my order (a few weeks later). March 6, 2026 I was sent an update for my order. When I tap on the link, even now, it still shows "on its way". I reached out to them several times after this. Each time requesting a full refund. April 7, 2026 I was offered a 25% refund. I refused as I did not received a partial order or any order for that matter. After reviewing the email thread, I noticed the tracking info sent to me previously - showing the items had been delivered. This tracking information had a different order number. Not my order number. So they substituted someone else's tracking info to show the order had been delivered.
Do not order from this company. They're probably not even a company but some unfortunate soul with a laptop and lots of time to scam people out of their money.

I would give zero stars if I could

I would give zero stars if I could. This company will sign you up for a monthly subscription without your consent when you buy a product from them. Then they will bill you for their poor quality product monthly. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO.

I ordered the Tayvio product on/about…

I ordered the Tayvio product on/about 2/18/26. After tracking the the delivery route for over a month, it shows the package was delivered on 4/5/26 (Easter Sunday). I never received it and when I reported this and tried to track it, Tayvio responded that delivery is handled by a 3rd partner and they have no responsibility for them. Further, the delivery service has NO phone number or way to contact them and the computer reported the site is not trustworthy. I spent $99 for this and I’m filing complaint with the Better Business bureau and reporting my experience on all social media platforms. This is a scam!!

They charge for the product. They charge subscriptions. They cannot ship a product. SCAM!

I am very disappointed. Like many others, I bought into the Facebook scam. Unfortunately, it’s been nearly 2 months and my product has not been received. I am suffering from IBS, H. pylori, and very uncomfortable bloat. I need immediate detoxification!!!
I could’ve ordered and received 20 times from Amazon by now. I want my hard earned money back! I’m miserable and I’ve waited too long.

HOWEVER NOTE:
Even though they have not shipped their product in almost 2 months time, they HAVE attempted to charge my card several times for some subscriptions, as you can see from the app called “Shop”:
So they can charge for the product, charge multiple times for subscriptions, but they cannot seem to get their act together to ship a product. SCAM!!!

I ordered my tavio caster oil pack bundle on February 26,2026…

I ordered my bundle on February 26,2026 to include free shipping. I didnt hear anything about my order for 2 weeks, so I reached out asking for an update or a refund and their reply was that it was already processed. So I wait another week and check shipping status. Please explain to me why its coming from Overseas when their website raves about their sources being from the U.S. Finally got a package notice slip today on April 3, 2026 from the postal service stating that shipping needs to be paid,So much for my 'Free Shipping'. The company can't even be transparent and up front with customers. Just another Facebook scam company. I just want a refund so I can wash my hands of this disappointment, since I wont use a product that I cant reliably trust.

TAVIO IS A SCAM

TAVIO IS A SCAM. It's been 2 months- I sent numerous emails to customer service with always the same automated response that says "my order is on the way" that was two months ago! I have asked for my refund and have been told once again by an automated customer service that my order is on the way. Only thing I can do now is dispute. The charge with my credit card company
Do not order anything from this company!!

Zero stars. Do not buy from this company. Ordered castor oil bundle six weeks ago. Tracking is in Chinese. Apparently it's still overseas. The reviews are really bad. Scam

Place an order at the beginning of February was told that it would be mailed February 28 now I’m being told March 10 still haven’t received anything notice that all the tracking is coming out of China when on the website It talks about not outsourcing for quantity because they would prefer to have quality, And I still haven’t received anything. Charged an exorbitant three charges…not ordered and not received

Charged an exorbitant three charges plus never received. I never ordered three things and no number to call I feel like a stupid fool. I am retired and disabled and that killed me SS. is very low. I had no money for food Had to borrow from daughter money and it broke me! I am crying. total was supposed to be 49. dollars. I don't get refunded. They said too bad, so sad. Should have checked I didn't know for sure how. So ashamed. 139. plus 49.99 plus another charge 57.00/ 240total not counting fees. Overcharged fees.

These people are absolute crooks

These people are absolute crooks. I ordered February 22.... they gave me TWO different tracking numbers then gave me some bullshit story that they were prioritizing my order. NEITHER tracking number has even been picked up by the carrier. They stole my money and now they don't even have the guts to respond to emails. Avoid these crooks like the plague. Try Healo for your castor oil packs. I received my large order from them within 10 days. Disgusted with thieves like Tavio.
