Review update - I hadn't realised I'd been sent a free pack of 5 coffee flavour cartridges with my last order. If you like coffee I think you'd love these, very coffee taste. Unfortunately I don't like coffee, so many thanks but no thanks!!!

Very pleased with the products
Very pleased with the products, really rely on them, have been a non- smoker for four years thanks to this company. Am very happy with the flavour, tend to stick to the Classic, easy to order, fair price and prompt delivery.

I find that what is important with a…
I find that what is important with a company is not how they respond when al is ok but how they deal with problems. I had a product that, through no fault of theirs, was not working. Their response to my issue was immediate both through email and a phone call, They solved the problem straight away by sending a new product and a return bag for the faulty one. I highly recommend this company.
