Very bad service for a professional football club

In July 2024 we bought two BVB Jerseys for our kids at the fan store close to the stadium. After 1 day, the player's name on the back of both shirts came off. Since we do not live in Germany, we contacted BVB via the service email address. The shirts could be returned and the money would be refunded. After a lot of email traffic and many promises (from Nico and Dominic), to refund the amount as quickly as possible, this has still not happened after 6 months. They cannot be reached by telephone and emails are also answered poorly or very late. This is a shame for a football club like BVB. We now have 2 children at home who have spent their savings for nothing. No money, no jerseys!

Update 27-2-2025: on Jan 15th BVB promised to pay the refund within 14 days. It is now end of February and still no payment received....

Shocking Service

I ordered a top for my son for his 16th birthday & the top never arrived.
I have been told that it was down to the delivery company but I have never been sent delivery details so I cannot chase the delivery company to see if they were ever given it to deliver and if so where it was delivered too.
As you can imagine, my son was very disappointed that he didn’t get the shirt he wanted for his birthday & now I feel that I am being given a load of excuses why I have not been refunded.
I have been sent a form to complete which has absolutely nothing to do with me & doesn’t have my details on it… who is the person whose details you have sent me? I’m pretty sure that it’s breach’s all UK data protection regulations…

I would like someone to confirm by return, what the delay is, when I will be receiving my refund & how it will be paid. Order number 81541

5 weeks and still waiting...

My son ordered a special edition shirt 5 weeks ago. I queried with BVB and they said it was probably lost by DHL. Still awaiting a resolution. The order number is 49597 if anyone cares.

WARNING AGAINST USING BVB BEST-TRAVEL

WARNING AGAINST USING BVB BEST-TRAVEL. They sell a very unsatisfying product, and when confronted, the boss of the agency provided no solution and no service what so ever. A horrible start to the trip, and we are now worried about the existence of the rest of the “package” we have paid large amounts of money for.

Bad Service

I placed an order for a sons Xmas present and received an email saying it was shipped on Dec 1. Today is Dec 22 and no sign of it.

On the site it has a link to track orders via a courier company which did not work for my order number. I emailed and asked why and got back a fairly standard answer saying track it via the website.

I sent back another email saying that it did not work, as per my first email and could they test it and tell me how to track it. I got a vanilla answer from KITBAG on their behalf saying it was shipped via a different courier, could not be tracked and should take 7-10 working days but not to contact them until 20 working days.

Bad service, bad delivery and still no answer or xmas present!
