Very bad service for fanshop!!

In July 2024 we bought two BVB Jerseys for our kids at the fan store close to the stadium. After 1 day, the player's name on the back of both shirts came off. Since we do not live in Germany, we contacted BVB via the service email address. The shirts could be returned and the money would be refunded. After a lot of email traffic and many promises (from Nico and Dominic), to refund the amount as quickly as possible, this has still not happened after 6 months. They cannot be reached by telephone and emails are also answered poorly or very late. This is a shame for a football club like BVB. We now have 2 children at home who have spent their savings for nothing. No money, no jerseys!

Update 27-2-2025: on Jan 15th BVB promised to pay the refund within 14 days. It is now end of February and still no payment received.....

Ordered my shirt 26

Ordered my shirt 26. august and got a confirmation that said I was gonna get my shirt in 6-8 days. Its now been 14 days, I've emailed them 3 times and I haven't gotten a single response.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I made a purchase for a large jersey and was sent a 3xl jersey. I emailed the support team and got a response like a week later saying that they had a computer glitch and would issue a refund once I returned the jersey. They sent me a link to DHL to send the jersey back. The link is for me to fill out all the shipping and customs information which was hard since it was requesting information I didn't know. I went to a dhl location and after sending them the link and they filled everything out they then asked how I would like to pay for the return which was $200. I told them to cancel because it was their fault not mine and I shouldn't have to pay for the return. I have emailed them 4 times asking for return labels that are prepared to print and paid for. I have not gotten a response back.....

Unhelpful and untrustworthy staff

I had my belongings stolen from bag drop 2 at the England semi finals in Brussia Dortmund. Despite daily efforts I have been ignored and fobbed off. Interestingly the same things has happened to others. One guy even caught the bag handler wearing his stolen item! The stadium SIGNAL IDUNA PARK seem to take no responsibility and are blaming UEFA EURO 2024. Can I have my belongings back please as lost and found (not their my item was lost it was placed in good faith in a bag drop) do no have my items. I still have my ticket. If any one else has had this issue please contact me as I have had a journalist reach out after seeing the volume of complaints on another page. You must be willing to share your contact details 🙌

Staff at the bag drop should be held accountable and not walking around wearing stolen goods.

Horrible customer serivce

Visited the shop last week and bought a backpack, they gave me a new one fully wrapped in plastic and I took that one home. When I was home I opened it, only to see that the BVB badge was missing. The first photo is the back[ack in the store and the second one is the one I received.

I am not able to change it myself, because that would cost me at least 3 hours of driving so I tried emailing the BVB fanshop service desk but I didn't get any response. Therefore I started calling the fanstore and they told me to call back another time, because the manager wasn't available and now they don't pick up their phone anymore.

I also tried to call the general service desk of BVB and I tried multiple times, and waited for over 30 minutes and no one picked up the phone!

Their customer service is horrible as this is a fault by their accounting. I am really shocked that they can treat their fans in such way...

No refund even they cancel my order

They said the shirt is sold out on 24/5/24, so they need to cancel my order B2I-0101218. However, on 27/5 they send me the invoice no. MRG-01240443 without any tracking number, and still haven't received the shirt. I already emailed them numerous time to refund me.

When they got your emails, they said they will reply you within 48 hours from the automatic email but this is like three weeks now from the time I sent the first email. Haven't heard anything from them since.

This is a totally scam site under the official club name.

In comparison, the club that have a much smaller reputation that won the 2024 Europa League always answer your email, and send the shirt within a few days. So, honestly, I don't expect this experience from the German club, who in the country that have reputation about punctual and hard working people.

I NEED MY MONEY BACK.

Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by the Borussia Dortmund online shop. I placed two separate orders on the 3rd of May – one for an XL jersey and one for an L jersey. Unfortunately, I have not received either of the jerseys, nor have I received the refund for one of the orders.

Regarding the XL jersey, I requested a refund which was approved, and I was informed that I would receive the refund within 14 working days. It has now been 11 days, and I have yet to see any refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support for updates on both the refund and the status of the L jersey, I have received no response.

The lack of communication and failure to deliver on promises has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better service from such a reputed club. I hope others have a better experience, but as for me, I am left feeling let down and ignored.

I hope Borussia Dortmund addresses these issues promptly for the sake of their customers.

Terrible experience ever

If you are a BVB fan, don't buy any products on their official website because their official website will disappoint you so much! I purchased two products on the official website. They mistakenly charged me twice for no reason. In addition, they never sent me any shipping information. Terrible customer service: I sent three times to their customer service to ask about the shipping information and when I got my refund. Never give me any shipping information; tell me I will be refunded ASAP. However, almost one month passed, and I am still waiting for the refund. Thus, I sent another message to customer service, but they never replied, even though they automatically sent me a reply; they would respond in no more than 48 hours.

Order never arrived

Placed an order with the BVB online shop that never arrived. Followed up numerous times by email since August, with one reply promising a refund or to resend the merchandise but no further news... Don't use this site!!

I've ordered the BVB Special Jersey…

I've ordered the BVB Special Jersey 22/23 back in February and although I was aware it could take months to be delivered due to being sold out its been 6 months and if you check PUMA's website the exact same jersey is available for next day delivery. I've emailed them asking for refund or a resolution and only got the automated message that they would reply within 48 hours... well it's been over a week now and absolutely no message from them,

They take your money and never even…

They take your money and never even hand over the goods to the courier.
You can email them and you will get an automated "you'll hear from us in 24 hours" response but you never hear from them.
You can call them and they will apologise and offer a refund or resend, but you will never receive either.
Stay away from this scam!

Update: Suddenly, after posting this review, things started to happen. 3 days after they promised that the resend was done, the parcel was handed over to the courier. Only 3 days from saying "we did it today" until they really did it.

So I guess I'll have to raise the rating from 1 to 2 stars because the parcel actually has arrived. Haven't received the partial discount I was promised yet though.
