Terrible service waited 7 days for a delivery chased the delivery throughout the 7 days being told it was coming the next day, still no delivery when the next day come our account manager Hannah stopped calling us back, in the end I had to cancel the delivery as we had vehicles in the yard not earning money the account manager was not bothered about this.
Unacceptable service and I would not use this company again and advise any haulage businesses to not use them ether.

Outstanding service without any complications, consistently going above and beyond. Deliveries are consistently prompt, and prices are frequently the best available. I wholeheartedly endorse this supplier for any business.

Honestly, they are so so helpful. Hannah, our account manager, will do whatever she can to help us out. The drivers that arrive are always professional. They're a lifesaver!

Ryan and his colleagues are absolutely fantastic! Super efficient and go far and beyond to accommodate our needs. BWOC is the only company that’s never let us down. They are also the only company that’s has pulled through and found a way to get us emergency supplies of fuel at short notice. Our communication is excellent and I’m made to feel like I’m the only and most important customer. I have no doubt they make ALL their customers feel this way.

Unbelievably good customer service. I can’t believe how helpful they are. My company last a customer and 50% if my business. Direct debits bounced! They stepped up, increased limits and extended credit to get us back in our feet. So grateful. Also they are consistently cheaper and don’t sneak in price increases like all the others. The only fuel supplier I would recommend to other companies.

I have told them im not interested yet i keep getting calls from them.

Enough is enough and ive had to block there number

Even if i want a fuel card/other services in the future i doubt i will use these as i specifically told them im not interested and to remove my details from there system and to not contact me

Considering the review was posted on 27/10/2022 it has taken them a long time to respond

Well they did in 2016 so why does this keep coming back up

We have been with several fuel card companies. These guys are the best company by a long shot. Any issues and it's 1 phone call to have it resolved without the long waiting times. I am not one for reviews, but credit given where credit due.
