A huge range of dresses for all sizes and events. Very helpful phone line for size and stock queries. Very helpful returns process and they are very responsive when a dress is out if stock but a few people are asking for it, they can occasionally get it made or get it back in stock. All up very helpful for an online store.

I have bought 4 dresses in the last few months and have just ordered a 5th one, I love all of them, especially the Bodycon range.

The dresses were all delivered quickly as well.

I purchased the Lior dress for an October wedding and I’m blown away by how beautiful in person this dress is! I received so many compliments on the day. Postage was quick and the package arrived in perfect condition. I cannot wait to purchase more ByAmica dresses!

Purchased a dress, tried on and repackage with tagged still attached. Return rejected due to pet fur on the item. Accepted that the dress wouldn't be refunded and accepted that full cost of $140 - asked to have the item shipped back and they wanted to charged another $10 for postage which I didn't accept considering they are already getting $140. Team not willing to help or pay the postage at their own expense, consider they are getting $140 for a item I'm not happy - told me they'll take it off my next order. Never shopping with them again

Buyer beware!!! Cheap Chinese mass produced, my dress was nothing like pictures or description, refuses refunds, ACCC is looking at their illegal "no refunds" policy. This company had blocked me from Facebook and refuses to answer emails with return address. Had to raise dispute with my bank. Save yourself the nightmare and buy elsewhere!

I bought 2 items. A tshirt which smelt like gasoline! It smelt like somthing of shein.
And a dress, which was lovely but the sizing was completely different to the website. Really big and loose on top and small at the bottom.
I submitted a return - which was easy. But they only offer store credit. No actual refund.
This infuriates me as I don't want to shop from this place again...I have no faith in thier products.

If there was a lower star than 1 I would put it. I bought a dress it was too big so I returned it they have no refund only exchanges, I got it then returned it the next day. Email was sent to me saying the security ribbon is tampered accusing me of doing it.. dress is perfectly unworn. People don’t waist your time with these criminals… they steal your money clothes are also not a good quality. Never again and will also talk to others thinking of buying from them

I purchased a dress wore it once and it come away at the seam and frayed. They refused to replace as it was in a worn condition, it was clearly faulty. The dress was $109 such poor quality. The staff were rude and blamed it on me saying it must of been the way I washed it. Stay away ladys the clothing is made so cheap and they ask top dollar !

Very unhappy, I bought a dress that had a ribbon through it. If want to try on you can’t see it well on how it fits, so I cut that off but left price tag attatched.

Did not suit so thought to send back and try get another outfit by receiving a email. We can’t exchange cause the ribbon was cut. It’s literally a ribbon they can thread through and tape again. Now I have no dress and no refund, no exchange and a loss of money. I’m very upset with this outcome. Won’t be using them again and I would not advise to use this on line shop

Sizing and measurements are completely misleading and inaccurate. Additionally their website explicitly states they do not offer refunds which is against ACCC law. Never trust a business that hides their reviews!

Recently made an error with a purchase and needed to cancel it. Nina’s promptness and customer service was very much appreciated. No issues with receiving refund, everything handle very quickly.

My order arrived within 48 hours and exceeded my expectations. True to size, feels amazing and quality fantastic. I am so impressed.

If i could i would give them no stars. The worse customer services. The dress quality are shit. There return policy is ridiculous. I didn't even put the dress on before I returned it, but because the ribbon had been tampered with they refuse to give my store credit. And charge me another $10 to send it back. Unbelievable. Do not shop from here. It's got to be the worse dress shop ever!!!

The dress I wore pilled terribly within 30 minutes of wearing at the tailor shop to get the dress taken in. I was committed to wearing so obviously took the return tags off for my fitting so customer service would not offer a replacement or refund when I voiced my issue through email. Be extremely wary. These dresses are worse than SHEIN quality with absolutely no compassion when returning.

No refunds, only returns for credits! Returned item with tags etc but was denied even a credit due to there being pet fur on clothing, only I don’t have a pet. Want to charge postage to send the item back to me if I want to keep it. Be very sure before you buy, do not recommend at all.

I returned the dress I bought the same day I received it, but because I removed their precious little ribbon without reading it as I was just excited to try the dress on. They will not refund nor credit me, so now they have their flimsy cheap looking dress and my money. Not even big name retailers have this ridiculous policy! Shame on you Byamica! I have never in my 56 years left a bad review but hey I guess there’s a first time for everything!!
Consumers beware!

I need a last minute dress for a wedding. I found the perfect dress and paid for it with Afterpay which was a blessing. I ordered on the Monday afternoon for a wedding on the Friday and my beautiful gorgeous dress was at my house on the Wednesday. The dress felt absolutely beautiful on and I was very happy with my purchase. Thank you By Amica you are a lifesaver!

Not only can you not get a refund for what you buy - only store credit - but then they decide they wont even honour the store credit because there is an odour on the dress!! That's how the dress came, I didn't even try the flimsy thing on because I didn't like the style, so maybe you should be quality checking and sniffing your products before sending them out!! Now I have to pay postage to have the dress sent back to me, don't waste your money here unless you're 100% confident with the product you are buying
