My account was placed under compliance review for nearly 2 months. On March 24th, I received an official email instructing me to withdraw my funds within 72 hours. However, every attempt to withdraw has consistently failed with an error stating that my account is restricted.
Despite continuously reaching out to support for assistance, no meaningful resolution or update was provided. Instead, my account was eventually banned, and I can no longer log in to access or even view my funds.
This situation is unacceptable. I was explicitly instructed to withdraw within a limited timeframe, yet my account restrictions made it impossible to comply, and now I have been completely locked out.

I am extremely disappointed with the way Bybit has handled my case. I participated in your Bybit Card Referral Program in good faith and followed all the required conditions exactly as stated.
I joined as the invited user, deposited $100, and used the full amount through the Bybit Card, which clearly made me eligible for the $10 reward according to the campaign rules shown in the Rewards Hub.
What makes this situation even worse is that your live chat support agent explicitly confirmed that I was eligible and would receive the reward. I also have screenshots and email confirmations supporting this. However, after completing all the requirements and waiting for the reward, your team suddenly claimed there was a “violation of the reward terms” without providing any clear explanation or evidence.
This is completely unacceptable. Your own support team confirmed my eligibility, and I acted strictly according to the campaign conditions. Changing the decision afterward and stripping the reward from a legitimate participant is unfair and misleading.
If this issue is not resolved and my rightful reward is not issued immediately, I will be forced to escalate this matter further by sharing all evidence publicly across review platforms and crypto communities so others can see how Bybit treats its users.
I expect Bybit to honor its own campaign rules and the confirmation given by its own support staff. I am still waiting for a fair resolution.

Their card is basically unusable because they freeze it every few transactions, even though you're only using the same few merchants. Their cashback percentages are actually impossible to take full advantage of because of their misleading marketing. They are also known to suspend people's accounts and funds for no valid reason. I would stay far away from them.

I didn't even have time to properly use this exchange before I encountered so many downsides:
- Terrible promotional rules: the exchange reserves the right to block bonuses without explanation. In my case, I carefully reviewed the requirements and investigated possible violations, but the exchange somehow blocked my bonus funds. When I contacted support, I received the response, "We reserve the right not to explain the exact reasons." Why are you taking money from honest people? Even when I ask, you can't properly consider my request.
- Terrible support (as described above), only template responses and no specifics.
- Frequent issues with the app interface, especially in the withdrawal and deposit sections.
!!! This is an exchange you shouldn't have any contact with; they will do everything in their favor no matter what.

I am extremely disappointed and appalled by how Bybit treats its loyal users. I invested months of my time and energy into the SpaceS Telegram Mini-Game, accumulating 1.2 million points based on the trust I had in this platform.
My case (ID: 24471105) was opened on March 1, 2026. For over a month, I was repeatedly told that my case was "under investigation". However, on April 15, 2026, I received a final response stating that the Web3 Points program has been discontinued and my earned rewards cannot be retrieved or converted.
This is a clear breach of trust. Using "system discontinuation" as an excuse to avoid honoring rewards earned through hard work is unacceptable for a Top 5 global exchange. Bybit effectively told me that my time and effort mean nothing to them.

Friday passed, Saturday Sunday assuming weekend and monday also passed. No update.
He is a vip member of bybit and holds maybe 50,000usdt thats why appeal agents are giving him undue favour.
He never submitted any proof, no screenshot, no video, still p2p agents keep on delaying conclusion of order.
P2p agents gave him two warnings to refund, he did not refund. Then he sent a single message that payment will be verified on monday and deadline was updated to 24 hours on sunday.
Now again he never responded but again deadline is updated to 48 hours. Is it a joke?
I need immediate decision on order.
