Giving all the info I’d like to see in a review! I was a bit worried to order I’m in the USA these dresses are magical is this real life? (because they seem unreal just looking at them) Well babes I’m here to tell you your dream dress is real! This dress was STUNNING, shipped quickly for me coming overseas. Fit like a glove ( I sent in measurements) and briefly talking to them they were a heaven sent too. 10/10 recommend. Thank you for making me feel like a queen on my birthday!!

I reached out to Chama about my dress less than 14 days in advance and needed it by a certain date. Within minutes I received a response and was accommodated not just by the shipment date but also with measurements. The dress itself arrived ahead of schedule and is beautifully constructed and fit to me. I recommend Chama to anyone looking for excellent customer service and unique, quality pieces!!

For me, she is a Legend for design.
All she does is make me happy, and make me cry for the beautiful work she does.
The moment I went to give her an idea for my prom dress, I had one in me, but she came up with a genious one, that changed my life, big love and respect to her🌹.

I love CHAMA! They went above and beyond and I would say they have wonderful top tier customer service. I received my red Chérie dress before the 2 week time frame they have promised but the construction was off when I received it and it didn’t fit correctly so I emailed CHAMA and they sent me a replacement free of charge and even let me keep the other dress also the replacement I received was 100 times better and looked so perfect! My main thing was the customer service more than anything. The fact that they didn’t give me any pushback about the first dress I received and made it right literally immediately was more than I can ask for! I will for sure be purchasing AGAIN and will be recommending them. This is a company that cares about their customers and I appreciate them so much more than they know. It wasn’t about getting something free or complaining but it was about how they were so eager to fix the problem. I love them and this is a company that should receive more recognition!

My daughter has had her dress picked out for prom, with Chama since her junior year. So shopping anywhere, but here, was a no. We were super last minute ordering, had a deadline etc. but they were very communicative, they answered my millions of questions, assured me they’d meet the deadline and have her dress to us in time. It arrived earlier than expected, fit like a glove (as it was custom to her) and the quality was/is amazing. We will definitely be back to Chama in the future.

Beautiful dress. Well crafted, and detailed dress. Fits to size, rich color. A little too much padding for shape in my opinion. But I was assured by store it is removable.
