ordered this 22nd April, not received a reply from company nearly been a month and it still hasn’t arrived ! So I ended up attempting to chase again today sender hasn’t paid custom fees so additional £50 to release or return to sender fyi !

Bought one dress for my wife and she loves it!!

i ordered the luxury pearl abaya in black and the detailed sleeved abaya in blue and it arrived within 2 days. they answered all my questions and customer service was very nice.
10/10 recommend and would order again.

I ordered something for my wife and I’m really happy with the purchase. The delivery time was excellent, everything arrived quickly and well packaged. The material feels very high-quality and the craftsmanship is great.
The prices could be a little lower, but considering the quality, it’s absolutely reasonable. My wife is very happy and can’t wait to wear her new items for next Eid. Definitely recommend!

I ordered here for the first time and was scared that it doesn’t look the same as in the photos. But it matches the pictures perfectly and fits super well! I’m so happy with these abayas and will definitely buy more!! the delivery ran super smoothly with no problems at all

I received a delivery with a missing item. They told me to return the item I did receive at my own expense and promised a refund. I paid for the return myself, but now they refuse to reimburse me. They kept both my money and the item. I will take legal action once the deadline has passed, as I have all the proof. Do not order here – this is fraud!

I ordered 2 kaftan dresses black and beige one inner dress and abaya. The abaya is beautiful material however doesn't come with inner dress or scarf. The inner dress bought in white material is so thin and you can literally see your underwear so you will have to wear something underneath. The kaftan dresses both very beautiful however the beige is totally different colour to videos and photos actual colour is a camel yellowish colour not very nice at all. Total I paid was just over £200 however please bear in mind you are ordering these item from Germany and not UK and you will pay custom charges my parcel was held at the depot with DHL and when I messaged the seller I was told everything is going smoothly few days later I had to ring DHL to track where my parcel is as I needed the items for eid I was told I need to pay £90 for customs charges before they can be released. There was no mention of this on the website at the checkout if I knew would never have orders these as the total 1 abaya 2 kaftan and inner dress cost nearly £300 which really isn't worth it at all.
