Quick response to order. However I used a 10% Dicount code but on payment it was not applied, even though it said it was on my screen so that was disappointing!

Great product, really easy to order online.

Ordered the Tulip Oval Dining Table 8th May and delivery has been constantly delayed. Today (24th August) received an email explaining another 12 week delay. They say it is due to quality control observing issues but they just appear to be totally hapless so best to stay clear.

Ordered 3 wishbone chairs and after a month of using, one of the chairs’ paper cord seat came loose. Asked for a replacement and they said claims 30-day period has already ended. Extremely disappointed that they can be very strict with their 30-day claims period, when they can just push back their delivery date for a week without any heads up. Not cool.

Feel completely cheated

I have just moved into my first flat and ordered the x3 Wishbone chairs plus Carrara Marble Dining Table. One of the chairs arrived damaged which was a shame, but Kallevig offered me a refund so I was willing to accept the scratched chair. The table then arrived however as it weighs 60kgs the original delivery man couldn't get it up my apartment stairs and so had to reschedule the delivery for when a second delivery man could attend. The table was nailed shut and arrived without screws or an assembly pack, so I had to organise and pay for a handyman to assemble the table with his own tools and screws. Once assembled, we realised the marble was badly cracked down the centre. It was not only unuseable but unsafe. I called Kallevig and explained the situation. They offered me a refund, but wouldn't come and collect the table. I explained that I lived on the second floor on my own and had no way of removing the heavy table. They repeatedly told me there was nothing they were prepared to do about it and that I should be happy that they had refunded me the purchase price. I am left £200 out of pocket with a scratched chair and a broken table. This is the first online review I have ever written, but I have genuinely never felt so let down by a company as a customer. I was so excited to furnish my new home, but have been left feeling cheated and ripped off by a funiture brand purporting to sell luxury goods.

I ordered two wishbone chairs in April this year. I love them. They arrived brilliantly packed and when promised. I've now ordered another two. I also find their sales team support efficient and polite.

Ordered 2 wishbone chairs, arrived completely different colour to website (orange) and one damaged. Have to submit returns via website, after several emails and sending photographs, a refund was agreed. This took 2 weeks however, and the (hidden until at end of checkout process) £25 delivery charge was not refunded. Meanwhile the price had dropped again in their never ending sale! Also don't think it is good practice to offer £10 refunds for a review as soon as you have ordered, as this can only reflect the ordering process which in itself was ok. Won't order again or recommend.

Smooth process. Very happy with the experience.

£250 chair broke after only 18 months with light use. Customer service was terrible. Spend your money elsewhere!
