I’ve had an electric desk for 4 years. Now I’m getting an Er3 message and the desk will no longer rise. Tried contacting ByKallevig by phone, left in queue at position one for over 30 mins. No response to outreach via instagram. Managed to email them using prior email, automated response with link to a page that doesn’t load. I fear the company no longer exists…

Hilariously bad experience so far. Tried and failed to pay across three different devices. When I emailed customer service, they said "At the moment, there is a possibility that the delivery address provided may fall outside of our serviceable area. This could be the reason the order was not successfully processed and has been marked as failed." I'm sorry what? It 'may fall outside'?! Firstly, you should know whether it does and secondly, I live in Hampshire...

I purchased 6 Wishbone chairs with black chord seats and within 36 months, the black dye was coming off the chord material, leaving unsightly patches all over the seats causing the chairs to look absolutely awful! I had paid KALLEVIG £823.00 and so I reached out to them and sent photos of the chairs. Since only myself and my husband live at home and the chairs are not used frequently, this couldn't be considered a problem caused by wear and tear. The response from customer services was quick and they were very sympathetic to the issue, however that's where it ended! I received an email from their 'Aftercare team' saying that the chairs were not covered under their warranty! To add insult to injury they had the audacity to add that they valued me as a customer and would love to offer a 10% discount on the purchase of new chairs from their collection as a token of their appreciation! Seriously??!!!!!!! What an absolute insult, a shirking of any responsibility and an utterly brazen response! Since we are now embarrassed to have these chair seats on display if we have friends or family over for dinner, we will need to purchase seat pads for each of the 6 chairs at a cost of £240.00. I definitely won't be taking up the offer of purchasing another 6 chairs from KALLEVIG and would suggest instead that they take on some responsibility for selling sub-standard goods that don't offer any longevity! I will avoid using your company for any future purchases and will tell my friends and family to do the same. Buyers should beware of companies like KALLEVIG who who simply shirk any responsibility and sell sub-standard goods!

Decided not to order from this company after my interaction with their customers support.
It suggests they are no longer a trading entity, yet they accept orders and your money.

Ordered two standing desks in late 2021 with a promised part refund for submitting a review. Despite following their instructions as per their SMS, the refund was never processed. When I followed up, they claimed the offer was out of date and blamed me for not providing a copy of the review—something they never communicated.

Their lack of communication and transparency is appalling. They brushed off my concerns and refused to resolve the issue.

Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company.

I wanted to love these chairs, but unfortunately, they were defective. The string seat was not tight enough, and within a few months had begun to show large gaps -- unfortunately you can also see where the company had marked the wood under the string in red and black marker. Now I have three chairs with gaps in the seats and marred wood showing, and when I contacted customer service, they refused to help, as I was 30 days past the customer service window.

Refund greatly received against delivery charge due to early delivery issues. Chairs are exactly as expected. We were so pleased with them we recommended the Company to other family members some who have ordered and received them. Thanks for all the customer support.

I ordered a sit stand desk for my disabled daughter at university (Order BKE33607) She has gone to assemble the desk and byKallevig have supplied a completely different worktop to the one advertised. There are no mounting holes to match the desk frame, the top is square edged rather than round cornered with tapered edges in their advertising. They think that they are able to supply a completley different product than advertised. I pointed out that this is not an option for them in the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Since pointing this out to them they haven't responded. I simply want the right worktop to be supplied that had been ordered, or a refund; neither of which is complicated.

I have been told that my review will be removed if I don't add an order number so here it is - NUK5568

UPDATE - my request for a refund has been refused.

They sold me a chair that doesn't comply with the fire regulations (and is therefore dangerous) so they are recalling it. I have repeatedly emailed them and asked them to refund me/uplift the faulty one, and have had zero response. Avoid! The email says I just need to dispose of my chair in the "general waste" - I cannot just put a big chair in my wheelie bin.....so wasteful and bad for the environment and inconvenient.

2/3 chairs delivered and no protectors ordered
DPD say company’s fault
Chair unwrapped dents and scratches to all legs exposing pale wood so very visible . Will not unwrap other .

Phone no answerphone says closed until 29th - now 3rd

Easy manageable website. Only thing that wasn’t clear was the shipping fee. Did not see this till after I processed the order.

Straight forward order process. Was confused by the DPD shipping update so phoned the team at Kallevig who clarified, put my items on a rush order and gave me a discount.

Great team. I ordered a different product.They were quick to assist with refund and return.
