PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

PLEASE READ. I have left this review as 5 star so people can read when they order. The website offers you an £10 refund if you leave a review when ordering skewing their reviews. I feel like this is the only reason the company score so highly. Ordered 10 days ago - no update, no tracking number. Phone lines are closed 20th-29th due to it being the ‘Christmas season’. Auto reply to email and no reply to online chat. Starting to feel very nervous that my order will not arrive and certain my won’t be here in time for Christmas. Disappointed so far - order elsewhere if possible. Hoping it’s not a scam!

This was my original review: Easy to order, waiting for order to arrive. Look forward to seeing the product

Gorgeous chairs and super comfy! I have 4 already and I’ve just ordered an extra one for Christmas which says it will be delivered within a few days - perfect!

Standing desk order

Ordering a standing desk on a recommendation from my brother. The desks are sturdy and the electric movements works well.
Not yet received my order however the ordering process was simple, easy to follow, and with clear communication.

Nice chairs, delivery delays, bit of a logistical hassle

The chairs haven’t arrived and it’s been over two weeks going on three.
Customer service do not seem to be responding to me asking their help to track this order. Hope they eventually arrive and are worth the wait…

Update:
Chairs eventually arrived around 3 weeks after ordering. Leaving the Trustpilot review seemed to help bring some attention to my order issue. Sadly one chair arrived cracked / damaged. However, I don’t think they are poor quality, although some glue was visible in places. Not original so you get what you pay for. After I supplied them evidence of damage customer service were happy to agree to a replacement which has now been sent.
