Not the best experience but resolved in the end
Ordering process and sales support was great. I was promised a delivery within 2 days.
However, despite repeated messages saying my order had been shipped, the chairs arrived 3 weeks later.
Out of the four chairs, two were severely damaged and the other two have noticeable defects.
After many attempts to get a response from customer services, they did send replacements for the damaged chairs and a discount for the defective ones. I still have to dispose of the damaged chairs but at least all resolved in the end.

Amazing customer service…
Customer service was amazing throughout - advising before purchase and helping with order. Chairs arrived quickly and look great. One of the chairs was wet and visibly watermarked due to one of the delivery boxes gaping open, I rang to let them know but the chair dried out by the next day so I happily kept it. Some of the best customer service I’ve experienced for a long time.
