I’ve been contacting them for months now as never received order and haven’t received anything other than an automated email. Scam and quite frankly disgusting stealing money from people!

They pretend to be a high end boutique based in London, but actually they don’t exist at all. I ordered what was advertised as a beautiful dress what I received was an unbelievably cheap, poorly made piece of crap that I wouldn’t even use as a rag.
The photos on their site are completely misleading, to make things worse, their customer service is nonexistent.
Avoid this site at all costs!
Sent wrong item, offered a refund but only refund a third of the cost. Poor communication, the dress that did arrive was extremely poor quality. Avoid at all costs, day light robbery.
They sent me an item that I couldn’t even work out what it was. I requested a refund which they said they’d give me in full. I’ve not heard from them since. Do not buy from this seller. They advertise beautiful clothing and send you scraps of material. Very disappointed and annoyed.
