Absolutely terrible company, have tried to cancel subscription multiple times - the links fail, they don’t respond to emails, and keep taking money from you. Do not buy from them.

I stumbled across Bymit after a Google search for "cat cardboard scratchers". The products they offer are great, very aesthetically pleasing. I have 2x ragdolls who love their cardboard scratchers & also love to lounge in them. These scratchers are lovely, delivered promptly & I feel they were fairly good value for money. I really like that there are insert replacements too. I'll definitely continue to purchase.

This is the second review I have written for this company. The issues are exactly the same.
I had cancelled my subscription, and received an email from them confirming I had done so.
After this, BYMit deducted £34.48 from my bank account for the cancelled subscription.
I phoned my bank, complained, they raised an incident and I received my refund from the bank. They blocked my card, and issued me with a new one.
I wrote my first TrustPilot review. BYMit's response was that I must have a second account and another email address. I do not, and told them so in an email, for which I received no response from them.
Annoyingly, this month, they have once again deducted £34.48 from my bank account.
How many times will BYMit continue to deduct money from my bank account for a product I no longer subscribe to and not received?
BYMit should not be trading. They are dishonest and unhelpful.

Be aware of this company as they sell out of date cat food which is not clearly stated.
When I saw the item on Google, it automatically redirected me to their site and so I didn't select the size of the food. That's why I did not notice that they had put an expiry date for the 1.25kg which I bought. After receiving the package and realising that the food had expired 2 months before I contacted the company for a refund but they very unhelpful and didn't accept the return.
Please double check what you are buying with this company and its expiry date in order to avoid any disappointment.

We love this food, our dog never leaves any food, has good and regular bowel movements, shiny fur, sheds less in moulting seasons, shiney eyes and with the grain free version isn’t flatulent anymore ( before he was literally a mini hot air balloon of very stinky gas) he doesn’t get bloated and I would highly recommend this food every time, wonderful quality and great price for a high quality product, wonderful company which keeps you updated and packs and delivers fast.

Ordered 7 items, one had a manufacturer fault, emailed them directly rather than through the website info@bymit and was sent a replacement promptly. All ended well!

One of the puppy cans arrived empty.
I've contacted the seller, but didn't get any reply.

When I placed the order there was a discount code available, which didn't work. I have since had a generic email offer 15% off my first order, which I shall be unable to use on the prescription I set up in order to save a pityful amount (pence). Delivery was noted to be the next working day. I am due to receive it today, 6 days after ordering. On the plus side, I've purchased this product before and I know I shall not be disappointed with it. Following on from reply, my order was placed on Tuesday 7th January not Thursday, so to not be dispatched until 3 days later is Not next day.

Delivered as ordered including some gifts for the cat.
Well packaged, no damage.
