The products are lovely

The products are lovely. However customer service is not. Received a broken item and haven't been able to get in contact with anyone to get a replacement. It's over a week now

Sadly I have been sent the wrong size…

Sadly I have been sent the wrong size cat food items and is currently being sorted. It hasn't been the first time that I had problems with my order being wrong. I am hoping that this won't happen again . I could only give 3 stars this time . I must add though, Bymit are really good at returning the money back .

Vendor put wrong address on my parcel

Vendor put wrong address on my parcel, no idea where it has ended up....no reply from them to my numerous emails, no phone number available to contact them. And they did not honour the 15% promo for my first order, either.......not impressed...........spent £132 and got nothing to show for.........

According to your order, the shipping address is same as your billing address as you entered when you were checking out, our staff did not have access to modify your address in any way. If you do think the address that you entered was incorrect, we kindly ask to contact Royal Mail for further instruction as we cannot change your address after your order had dispacthed.

Fast delivery

Easy site to order from. Fast delivery. Good promotion which encouraged me to order more. Dog food can be expensive when you want to buy good quality. This site had an incentive buy 3 get 1 free. Great offer.

Good range of stock, poor execution of delivery

I buy dog food for my dog with a sensitive stomach and I haven’t been able to find any food that suits him better than the one from here - obviously this is a good thing & I’m happy that ByMit stock a wide range of suppliers that aren’t in usual pet stores.

However, I have only ever ordered 3 or 4 times in total and I have had to get in contact twice as I’ve been sent the wrong amount of food/something has gone wrong during delivery which means I haven’t ended up with the right amount of food. Unsure what is happening as once the package was returned to sender before it ever reached me & now I have received a box that was supposed to have 2 bags in but only had 1. Regardless, it is getting rather irritating having to get in contact to receive what I initially ordered.

The first time ByMit sorted it out and resent the parcel but I am still waiting for a response this time (only informed them of the issue yesterday). It’s also hard to keep track of parcels as they have previously sent out multiple parcels for one order, so I just assumed that the parcel I received was only supposed to have one bag of food in, which has delayed me getting in touch.

Overall they’re a good company but if you have a big dog like me & need to buy food in bulk, make sure you check the parcels/deliveries are right because they are often not in my experience.
