Wrong dog food was sent out and when I…

Wrong dog food was sent out and when I messaged them all I got back was an email with a returns label, after multiple messages from myself asking whether I was getting a replacement or not I had absolutely no response from them whatsoever so I ordered elsewhere then out of nowhere they sent out the correct food.

I received an order I believe I had…

I received an order I believe I had cancelled, £150 later I’m still waiting a reply on how I can return the goods and I cannot log into my account to check that I did cancel the subscription…..what am I going to do with 150tins of cat food my cat doesn’t like???

Super speedy delivery and bonus no plastic packaging 👌

I'm still unsure if my dog can eat the Terra Cunnis. She does usually eat another brand of Kangeroo & Parsnip. She's extremely sensitive so I am going slowly with it.

But as a company, can't fault it 😊
