Unprofessional

Took car to garage for 9.15am appointment for a BMW recall they told me would take 20 minutes. Twisted my arm (by threatening to call the leasing company and implying I would not be able to take the car away) into having something else fixed at the same time. Told me the car would be ready by 3pm. Did not call me to say the car was not ready at 3pm. Am still waiting and they just told me “We close at 6pm”. This place is an absolute joke. Do not buy or service your car here. De Amicis branch Milan.

Do not buy a BMW in Bymycar San Donato

Do not buy a BMW in Bymycar San Donato.
They tell you only lies to sell you the car.
I bought a BMW 430, features and level of service was very different than the one they promised and I got.
The sales guy, breaching all the privacy rules pushed me to sign a 70 pages agreement using my personal OTP, stating it is a normal practice sharing it with him.
Now I discovered that the insurance has not direct relationship with BMW Network and the replacement car, defined as premium is a bad smelling Seat Toledo. Avoid this car sales chain.
