Mercedes-Benz dealer worst after-sales
Since December of 2022 my ECO start/top stopped to work, on that time I thought was related to the cold weather.
On 03/02/2023 I went to the Mercedes-Benz Europa (Bymycar) dealer in Brussels to do regular maintenance and I asked them to check the ECO start/stop system which doesn´t work. They did a charge in the battery and said the start/stop is working fine.
But after some time without the ECO start/stop, I decided to go back to the dealership for them to check again what was happening.
On 07/06/2023 I left the car for a new check and again they just did a charge in the battery, said it was working fine, and charged me for the service. Minutes after I left the dealership the ECO start/stop system worked for a few minutes and then stop to work again.
Again I went to the dealership on 16/06/2023 and complained about the start/stop not working again they just did a new charge in the battery and said that it´s all working fine and again I had to pay for the service in a guarantee.
My car has a guarantee until 2024 and obviously, the technicians did not test it on the field with my car to be sure about the problem, they don't have a proactive mindset.
Unfortunately, I´m not satisfied with Mercedes-Benz and I´m not convinced to have another Mercedes-Benz car. A formal complaint was raised in the EU online resolution board about this problem.
I definitely don't recommend the Mercedes-Benz after-sales.
