We booked and paid for business class on China Southern through BYOjet. We received a schedule change and accepted it. We then discovered - only by checking the China Southern app - that we’d been downgraded to economy without any notice. The schedule change email made no mention of a class change, and neither the airline nor the travel agent informed us. Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable from both China Southern and BYOjet. We paid for business class and got changed to economy

Easy to use, clear, effective

On March 7th, I booked a Turkish Airlines flight at 6:55 p.m. through your site. It is now March 8th, and despite constant attempts to contact to them , I have neither received a ticket nor a valid booking reference. They have taken my payment, disrupted my entire night, and forced me into a stressful situation just hours before I must be at the airport. This service is unacceptable. It's is very bad service never seen in my whole life . They picked up call no online service . If they can't service why they received our payment .. very bad site. I suggest before booking flight please think about . I have all prove .. if any one need I can sent .. very upset about their arrive . My booking BYO36346136

We chose this site as they offered the best price on flights, even below what the airline offered directly.

As others have pointed out, so long as you don’t need any assistance from them you should be fine. Tickets were issued quickly and are legit – I was able to verify them on the airline’s website. Just be aware that BYOjet will charge you for seat selection , even when the airline allows you to do this for free. We were travelling as a group so this was $250 which we could have avoided by using the airline website after booking. I tried contacting them to ask about this but was fobbed off by the customer service rep over the phone and emails have gone unanswered for about a month. Lessons learnt for next time. *UPDATE* I can see Byojet replied to my review , which is the first time anyone has replied to me in over 2 months of contacting them. Their answer would make sense if the airline charged you for the same service, but they are essentially charging $$ for a service that costs them nothing.

Those are my reference numbers. I have applied my refund due my wife's medical issues, and I am still waiting the reply. I have received NOTHING SO FAR, NOT EVEN AN EMAIL TO REASSURE ME!

My tickets flight date is in a week now but I have not heard anything regards my refunding! I paid extra to the refundable tickets and the total value is 2800NZ Dollars!

I feel that my hard earned money is being stolen !

I will pray for this poor-performed company but please respond to my refunding process !!!

I am currently at the airport and the airline is telling me that there is no baggage allowance attached to my booking, despite my email confirmation from BYO clearly stating that 25kg of baggage is included.
I have attempted to contact BYO multiple times from the airport, however the calls are being placed on hold and when they are answered, I am told that you cannot hear me and the call is disconnected. This has happened repeatedly.
This is extremely concerning and unprofessional, especially as I am now being forced to resolve this at the airport under time pressure. After looking into it further, I can see that this is not the first time this issue has happened to customers.
