Crappy service and amateur-like website
As a creator, I have been contacted by ByPeople to offer a mockup bundle that they will sell for $29. Once I sent them the product files they took 11 days to reply. Ok, so far not that bad. Once they published my bundle, I was shocked of how crappy everything was! The product page has missing images, HTML errors on the page, the product description was written in broken English, the title and keywords used were really bad... and to top it all, I made $0 from the whole thing! Now my bundle is stuck listed on a crappy site.
I sent them an email correcting the mistakes on the page... no reply, I sent them another email requesting my bundle to be taken off their site... no reply.
This was a complete disaster, everything is crappy about this site, the people behind it are unprofessional and borderline amateurs, their communication suck, their website is crappy... Truly it was a mistake to work with them.
If you're a content creator, RUN!
