I ordered some earrings and a necklace from here and had some issues with delivery from royal mail’s end, however by Rae’s customer service was amazing and helped sort this out quickly. The earrings and necklace are absolutely beautiful and great quality, will absolutely buy from them again!

I ordered the opal flat back bundle and the ripple huggies. I had the essential sleepers for free with the order.
I can only wear silver or gold but took the plunge believing why it said on the website and oh my gosh I am so glad I did.
For clarity, I cannot wear any dress jewellery. It will give me an awful itchy rash.
I recently had 2 additional piercings in each ear. I chose the gold option at the shop but the butterfly backs were extremely uncomfortable. Therefore, after one month I looked for flat back alternatives and happened upon By Rae.
Like an idiot, I removed the recent earrings I was pierced with and admittedly forced the hoops and flat backs into the very small new holes. Not a wise decision, however, here we we are ;)
I have not experienced any rash, stinging, soreness or discomfort!
I absolutely do not advise anyone to remove recent piercings, I do however highly recommend the earrings By Rae as absolutely safe for those with sensitive skin, any allergies and those in pursuit of gorgeous jewellery!
It is also easy to insert, looks beautiful and is not expensive for a product that promises to not tarnish but looks like pure gold.

I made an error when I ordered and was so upset with myself but I reached out to By Rae and they were incredible and were so so kind to help to resolve my issue. Beautiful pieces and I can’t wait to buy more! Highly recommend

I recently ordered 2 pairs of earrings. Unfortunately one of the flat back studs arrived with a stone missing.
I sent across an email explaining the issue and received a response the next morning from Rachel who arranged for a replacement to be sent out. I have just received this today in perfect condition.

I love my By Rae jewellery! I’ve worn my Anna bracelet and necklace for 2 years. They’ve survived surfing, snorkelling, the spa and the bath/shower when I can’t be bothered to take them off (which happens a lot) and they’re still gold and shining! My jewellery from here has lasted much better than other brands, but what’s nice about By Rae is that behind the brand there’s a girl with a dream and a vision, who really cares about her work and her customers. Amazing company, designs are lush. I have shopped here for years in which wearing the jewellery all the time when in dancing and everyday life, nothing tarnished and still looks fresh. Would definitely recommend.

This is a gorgeous jewellery company I happened across from an article in Woman’s Health magazine. They make affordable beautiful earrings and necklaces. I lost one on a train shortly after purchasing as it didn’t quite click in properly and they are sending me a new one. Instant response and friendly company.

Absolutely obsessed with this brand! I got married recently and wore the pearl essential huggie and soleil pearl pendant. They are perfect bridal pieces which I was then able to wear throughout my honeymoon dipping in and out of the sea without any tarnishing! I got the lucky bracelets for each of my bridesmaids which they loved and they made perfect gifts. My latest addition is the bondi croissant ring which I never take off!!
