Order was meant to be a christmas present but as of this writing never received it. Courier tracking stopped on Dec 15 when it is supposed to be out for delivery. Called multiple times and they keep saying it has been escalated. Very frustrated the ladies who answers the phone were nice but their system sucks. All they can do is tell me that they will escalate over and over. No update given on email about the investigation. They say it takes 30 days. But they can't even tell you update on what steps they have done so far. Very bad experience on this website.
Davide and Peter were both super helpful and very responsive when solving the issue I had with a Discovery Set I received as a Christmas present. Their customer service was exemplary, and what you would hope for from a luxury brand. Thank you both!

Premium price, disappointing quality and customer care.
I purchased a Byredo perfume and, the day after delivery, it accidentally fell together with other perfumes. Out of all of them, only the Byredo bottle ended up with a broken cap. Loewe, Le Labo, and Dries Van Noten perfumes involved in the same incident showed clearly better material quality.
Having spent over €200 just one day earlier, I contacted customer care to ask if it was possible to replace the cap. I clearly stated the damage was accidental and that I was willing to pay for the replacement.
This request was refused. First, they said accidental damage was not covered. When I confirmed I would pay, I was told they could not process the request because it was “just the cap.” This is hard to accept, as the cap is essential to prevent leaks, waste, and damage during travel—especially for a premium product.
Overall, I am disappointed by the material quality and the dismissive attitude of customer care. For a brand positioned at this price point, I expected much better. They lost a customer.

I reached out to Byredo in hopes to order a sample of a perfume that I was interested in, one that had amazing reviews by a woman online I listen to regarding perfumes she enjoys. Peter responded right away, with a few options on how to get my hands on a sample. Sadly, each option requires to spend nearly $250 bucks or more. I was just hoping to try it out before spending $250 bucks on a perfume. Sadly, Nordstrom, here in Portland Oregon does not carry that sent, so I couldn’t spray myself if I wanted to. Oh well. I wish I had that kind of money to spend on a blind purchase, but I just don’t. And I certainly don’t like ordering something and having to send it back. It’s so wasteful in time and in money for both the company and myself. Please consider allowing customers to order a sample of their choice even if you have them choose a 3 choice minimum because I’d also love to try the Gypsy Water and the Bal D’Afrique, which were both highly recommended by an Byredo customer service representative when I called earlier. I’m sad, super bummed 😔 I really was really hoping to try these three. Regardless, Peter was kind and very responsive. So for that alone, I give 5 stars.

Ordered La Grande Decouverte and as per their website I only have to pay additional $10 for shipping to Canada where I am located and don’t have to worry about customs fee or other taxes, imagine my surprise when FedEx informed me I have to pay additional $92 as customs fee. I informed Byredo as soon as I found out and kept following up with them however after being held up for 10 days without payment of fees FedEx decided to return to Byredo the package. I called Byredo about it as they have received the item only for them to refuse to reship my order saying that they are not equipped to reship the item. To make matters worse, I cannot even reorder the item now because it is out of stock online. They have the item that I ordered but cannot reship it. A luxury brand company who has clearly a messed up logistics and escalations team resulting in a negative customer experience.
I had an issue with a voucher and reached out to customer service. Rudie M was very helpful and determined to solve my problem.

I ordered my item as a Christmas gift in November. Looking at tracking, it clearly got lost on 30 November. But Byredo refused to acknowledge it had been lost, instead stating that they had opened an investigation and would update me. But they never replied or updated me, and refused to give me a refund (which would have allowed me to buy the gift in store and give it on time). I had to keep chasing them until eventually over 6 weeks later, in mid-January, they admitted it had been lost and agreed to send a replacement.
